The food was good, and so was the service. However The Belgian waffles are 15 bucks each. The waffle its self is $9 and then for blueberries, strawberries, and whip cream was an extra charge of $6. For two waffles I paid $32. I was shocked because after looking at the menu online it says a waffle is 6.99 and the toppings 1.99. I paid the bill, but I definitely won’t be ordering a Belgian waffle from here again.

Diner is clean. Decor delightfully nostalgic. Food was delicious and yet made with such speed it made my head spin. I got the Irish Benny. I can't poach two eggs at home with the accuracy and speed that the chief did! I'm impressed. Anyone who likes corned beef hash (✋), it's made from scratch here!! The waitress, Gisele, was such a peach. Friendly and always ready with the coffee pot. If you're in the area and can grab a coveted seat, do such. You won't be sorry!

The last time I went with some friends, the service was a bit bad, I understand that the place was full, but I saw the waitress talking with other employees and some customers and they had to call her to receive service, including me, wait until She took about 15 minutes to give me more coffee but she never came to my table. Well, I decided to get up and ask another waitress to give me my bill and pay and I left. Normally I am very grateful with the service and I always leave a good tip this time not left. I hope my next visit will be a better experience.

It took us a few minutes longer than I expected to be greeted with menus when we sat down. Other than that it was a good experience. The food was good. Cheese grits, peanut butter chip pancakes, sausage patties and bacon. The pancake was big and I loved the texture. The grits were cooked well and tasted great. The sausages patties could've been cooked longer but that's a personal preference. I recurved 5-6 pieces of bacon which is more than I get at other places so that was cool. I'm definitely going back again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it.
