So glad we tried Joe's Deli Maple Road for our office luncheon... the sandwiches, salad and cookies were great! they even carried the bags out to my car, we'll be ordering there again for sure :-)

We love all the Joe's deli's! This one is closer to home. Great original sandwiches and the soups are delicious.

If you are looking for a delicious sandwich and homemade soup with terrific customer service and lightning speed service Joe's Deli is the place. I have a mission to try every sandwich on their menu and so far I have not been disappointed in any of them. Their BBQ brisket with jalapeño coleslaw is mouth watering. Excellent prices, clean restaurant, fast and friendly service.
I didn't have time to check out the menu, so just asked about gluten free soup. Counter people were very helpful & explained that the chicken noodle soup has the noodles added when it's served, so I was able to get the soup w/o the noodles. There were several other kinds of soup also. They seem to do a good take out business.
Stopped into this location for the first time this past evening. I had no idea this location even existed so I was pleasantly surprised to find it tucked into the plaza. Service was amazing. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and kind. He was super friendly. I was very happy to find out that kids eat free on Tuesday evenings. My Cuban was delicious and My son loved his ham sandwich. Everything was great!
Our first time here. Really enjoyed our meal. The chicken noodle soup was great. My wife loved her grilled chicken. We were taken care of by Phil who was very helpful helping us select our meals. Like I said, this was our first time and he was very patient with us while we figured out what we wanted. We will be back....often.
I am from Texas visiting Buffalo for work. This was my first time coming to Joe's Deli and it was an amazing experience. When I walked in the manager Todd was up front and greeted my colleague and I. I proceeded to explain to Todd I had just recently got over a stomach bug and before I could finish he knew exactly where I was going with this. He said if you're looking for something lite, I would recommend our chicken noodle soup. Loved the idea and asked about a sandwich as well. He then recommended the Lucy so I ordered both and they were so dam good! Todd and the rest of the staff very kind and came by to check on us, every offering To-Go containers. I will be coming here for lunch every day I am here until I go back home to Texas!
I love the pastrami and corned beef sandwiches at the maple store. I'm from LA
and we take our deli very seriously.
However I was taken aback that no one working there was wearing a mask. There was no sign saying anything about masks or social distancing. There didn't seem to b a plan.
I appreciate when a business cares enough about their customers and employees to have one. Please establish a plan because I love the food, and don't want to have to do without it.
