Mcdonald's

We visit everyday. Doesn't feel right going to any other McDonald's. The employees treat you like family and if they forget anything they are more than happy to get you back through the line quickly and get you on your way. Always friendly, very clean and one of the VERY few McDonald's I actually look forward to pulling up to.

Went to McDonald’s drive thru and had to wait over 30 minutes. I was told to park in a parking spot for mobile orders while they waited for my food to be ready. Cars after me got their food before I did and after waiting 20 minutes I went back through the drive thru to ask for it. No apologies from the staff. Then they made me wait again. Shift leader came out with the wrong food TWICE and I still didn’t get the right size fries or the sauces for my nuggets. This was ridiculous!

I have been here a few times. Not a huge McDonald's fan, but when you want it you want it. AND MY FAMILY WANTED IT! I had hoped that they had improved since my last visit but I was severely disappointed. I made my order and even asked about something I didn't think I had recieved... I was the bone head in this one. I didnt notice all the other things missing from my order. So I took my order back into the store to have it fixed. The people behind the counter took my ticket and assured me that they would make my entire order again and get it right! Happy day! Not so much. They still didn't put the things I asked for in the order. I think that this location is not equipped to handle an order in excess of 15 dollars. $50+ really throws a wrench in the gears.

Drive thru wrapped around the building into the road. Parked and went inside. Wasnt even acknowledged for about 10 mins. The manager was screaming at the employees and when she saw the crowd of people in the lobby she screamed at us. She said yall just gonna have to wait until I can get this drive thru line down. Wow! Customer service here definitely leaves more to be desired. I would never recommend this location.

Update: Visited on a Thursday evening. Service was horribly slow. Appears to be from staffing shortage. Hopefully they cam get it together for the next time were in town. Visited this location in late morning. Ordered sweet tea and three coffees. They had us pull forward and we had to wait a good 3-4 minutes for our drinks. They forgot the tea and had to go back to get it. Everything was fine but service could have been faster.

The last two times I went through the drive and got my food when I pulled out the driveway I opened up the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered and the cheese wasn't melted. The reason I guess was cause the Hamburger itself was cold. Let me rephrase that it wasn't fit to eat for the patty was maybe room temperature. The time after that the something wasn't fit to eat. Whats so bad is you have to wait sometimes so long to get food that you open the bag thinki g its all good and hot but its only the fries the rest I guess got cold waiting. Maybe one day they will figure it out. Until then I guess we will keep choking down luke warm hamburgers.
