A hidden gem in the countryside. We had a great meal with the salad bar. This is one of the few places that still welcomes large groups and is able to sit them rather quickly. They had the polar train for the kids. There was snow blowing, which was such a nice touch. Worth the ride. We did not need
We took a day here while our boys had a day out of school, and I was amazed. I have to be honest, when I heard we had a wait time of over an hour, I was ready to leave. Thankfully, we did not. There is so much to do. Even the kids, ages 9 and 11, stayed busy playing on the very nice playground. The
This was the first visit for us, but we will definitely be back! We never even heard of this place until today when my father in law invited us to go. When we first arrived, I thought we were at the wrong place. It looked like an attraction for kids, but on closer inspection we found a replica of an
Loved the food and atmosphere was nice. The decision on decorating was definitely a good one. The animals and fish 🐟 are beautiful cats were very nice. And there was a large old hound dog out there last trip.
We have heard so many great things about this restaurant we had to try it. About a 44 minute ride for us. The food is the best bar none. Super ribs that fall off the bone. The fried chicken with mashed potatoes covered in country gravy was the most tender chicken I have ever had. This dish remi
WOW! What a fantastic destination place to have dinner. We plan to go back just to look at everything there. The bldg is just gorgeous. So different than anything around here. The food and staff were just wonderful! We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go!
Loved it. Food was awesome and the atmosphere can't be beat! I will be back
Took my mother and my Aunt for a Mother’s Day dinner a day early. Arrived about 4:30 and it was already starting to fill up. We have never been here before and I wanted to go somewhere unique. It looks like they are under a lot of improvements as the train and mini golf were out of service, but the
Westen themed restauant near Bear Grass, NC. They offer train rides and fun with dinner when available. We had the marinated steak dinner, Steam and Potato were cooked perfectly. Would suggest rolls with dinner. Service was courteous and professional. A+
When I travel, I like to try the local flavor of the area. I went online to checkout restaurants in the area and came across Deadwood. It piqued my interest that they had amusements in this area of the state. Needless to say, the amusements are in various stages of repair. There is a nice playgr
Beyond amazing. Must see to believe. A gem a bit in the middle of no where but worth a two hour drive!
The food was great and price was very reasonable
Really neat place. The kids love the playground, train, and seasonal decorations. I'm constantly in awe of the architecture, all of that wood and custom metal work. And the food is pretty good too. I hear they are working to restore the mini roller-coaster and mini-golf.
Good basic restaurant. Salad bar looked good. Fajitas were ok. More steamed than fried. Everything needed seasoning. Ribs were good but needed seasoning. Smokehouse Chicken was good. Very convenient to campground. Interesting surroundings.
This place is great and offers a wide range of food. They are new so there is not much about them online yet. I added a few pictures of the "town" and restaurant menu. The food we had was great and they were very friendly. They also have mini golf, train rides and an ice cream shop. Great family fun
Loved the fun western themed atmosphere, had a kids playground, train, and great food! The train ride during Christmas cost us $15 each but you get s’mores and hot chocolate plus pictures with the grinch afterwards so it is well worth it! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun family ou
Food, atmosphere and service is just about always 100% and if its not they will make it right. Can be a long wait but good things are worth waiting for here. Very family friendly. Its a really inviting place and we love this place.
Had a great dinner and took the train ride to see the christmas lights. Great time with my family.
First, we tried to reserve for 1pm, but were told two other large parties were already booked. We opted for a 2pm reservation instead. We originally had a reservation for 30 diners, but dropped it to 20 an hour or so prior because a third of our party chose to go separate to avoid the wait. We arriv
