The food was great & hot, customer service could’ve been a little better on some parts but we got it fast

Even though the weather is cold, go get a Happy Ice Cream Cone or a yummy red velvet Blizzard!! Enjoyed a quick lunch today. The staff was friendly and helpful!

There food is usually splendid. Staff is a mix of happy to be there and I'm ready to go home. The service is the only thing I have to dock them on and that's because I've stood at the counter many times, looked directly at a staff member and not even get so much as a hello. Awesome server. Tina has a great personality and so helpful. If all employees there had her outlook they should.. get a nice raise. Tina wasn't just a server she took our orders too. I watched her even go help an elderly gentleman into the door and then went and took his order. Great young lady.
