This black owned business is a must try!!! When I tell you everything I had was delicious that’s just what it was. My lunch date had the Sweet and Sour Brisket Tacos but also had no complaints. I had the Tipsy Classic Breakfast Entree with a Pomegranate Mimosa. For lunch, I got a to go order of their Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I’m definitely going back when I get the first chance to. It’s located to the left of the Movie Tavern off of Richmond Road. Go support this super cute cafe guys!!! You will not be disappointed.

We came on a Saturday morning and it was very busy but the staff was very friendly and got us in as fast as possible. I got the avocado toast and scrambled eggs (and plain oat latte), and it was all delicious. My brother got eggs Benedict and said it was also really good. Our waiter was also very nice and thoughtful. Highly recommend

Overall great experience! We didn’t have a reservation for Sunday brunch but it was worth the 20 minute wait. The energy was good, wonderful staff, and the food phenomenal. I’d recommend a host at the door or near the entrance as I was amiss about how to reserve a table but the waiter at the counter promptly got my attention. There’s a full service bar: liquor, smoothies, and coffee of course. Jess is wonderful.

We discovered this place when we searched coffee shops. It is so much more! Courtney was amazing and recommended the avocado toast for a lighter dish to go with my chai tea latte. My husband had the chicken and waffles, which was hands down the best we've ever had. He also had the lavender mint latte. Be sure to ask for your coffee (latte) in a mug. Makes the taste and experience so much better. Their decor is unique and whimsical. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, all the way around. I had the brisket recommended by our server and it was spectacular, especially the sweet potatoes. The only complaint is the wide coffee mugs do not hold heat...your best bet is to ask for your coffee in a to-go cup. If you want a leisurely breakfast, go early. This place is popular and it will be awkward if you are sitting there after you have paid your bill while the line queues up.

Tipsy Beans Cafe was a great small business stop for sit down coffee and breakfast. Offering seating indoors and outdoors, this cozy cafe and nestled excellently amongst shoppes and other plazas. Would definitely visit again.

Cute and Cozy! Small tables in this hip cafe located within the City of Williamsburg and next to Movie Tavern. Get there early on a Sunday as they fill up quickly. Good food, beautiful plating as well. One of our favorite places to have breakfast or lunch. We have not tried dinner yet but the menu looks yummy. They have plenty of coffee flavors to choose from too.

Absolutely a good choice for your breakfast. They have USB charge sockets if you sit by the bar. Menu can be derived by scanning Qcode staffs were friendly and service was prompt. Food volume was also very generous and delicious. Recommended!....
