We had the worse experience at the drive throgh today at 1:02pm. We ordered two kid size milkshakes, an iced coffee, and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger and iced coffee was ready right away. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. Extremely RUDE individual running the drive through. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt at first but it just became worse. We just left. I understand people have bad days but this was truly uncalled for.

I love coming to this Sonic because there is an employee that always tries to do something that will give the customers a smile, such as telling a joke or putting smiley faces on the shakes.
This place has zero customer service and is the slowest drive thru in town. The only take one order at a time and clear it completely before they take the next cars order. Then they hand you half an incorrect order because they forgot to make the drinks, while three employees stand around and do abs
Food was cold, milkshake melted, everything leaning towards room temperature. For how expensive Sonic is, I expect my food at least taste made to order. Extra star was for the employees being polite. 1/5 for food.
