First rate Colonial restaurant and phenomenal entertainment. It’s worth every penny! A must place to dine at when visiting Williamsburg.
Spectacular! Seated in the parlor room main level. Had a fantastic meal of squash soup, shrimp, ham biscuit, and a terrific glaze on chicken. Actually took home my bourbon pecan pie as I was so stuffed but knew I wanted it too! Excellent attentive friendly service offered up with the history of
Authentic food, lovely entertainment, really enjoyed it. Very sweet staff who made the whole experience great. Delicious beef.

Paid $30 for a fist size portion of pork and probably a half a cup of cabbage, the waitress was fantastic and the little bit of food I had was really good. My husband got the fried chicken which was plentiful so he shared with me. Everything was fine until I got home and checked my bank statement..
The food was good and plentiful and the evening minstrels provided great entertainment.
Meals can be pricey, but it is well worth it.
I ate here with my family for dinner. We had a reservation for five. However, even though there were many larger tables open we were seated at a table for four and the staff just added a chair to the end. This made the table much too crowded and really was unnecessary when there were other options.
Good atmsphere. Good food. Heritage of the building is interesting... just ask.
