The Chicken Coop

So we decided out of the blue driving an hour away from home to stop in at The Chicken Coop. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately While I was writing this review I had already scarfed my fish and chips so I couldnt provide a picture. However it was delicious. The mango wings were a good size and had great flavor and heat. The Cajun Hoagie was also delicious. We definitely highly recommend anyone out in Wilkes Barre to stop by here. This is one place we will be coming back to.

I have been coming to the chicken coop for many years (RIP to the original Coop). Any time I'm coming back to the area to visit I always stop here when I am craving wings. They are always crispy and there is a good variety of sauces to choose from. This time we tried the cheese steak macaroni too and that was awesome as well. Many things on the menu that I would like to try. Can't wait to come back again soon! I see some negative reviews mostly from takeout or door dash. Eat in and you won't be disappointed!

Chicken coop 🐔 is always awesome. 2 burgers cooked exactly to our liking. Wings, crispy and delicious sauce. Pizza was great too!! And seasoned waffle fries with cheese!! Can't take photos, because the food is gone!!! Always hot, never a mistake, courteous on the phone and during pickup. Always a pleasure❤❤🐔🐔

My opinion is they have the best burgers. All soups are homemade my favorite is chicken pot pie. Food is fabulous, very generous portions. Even though they don't sell alcohol, you can bring your own in and they accommodate you with buckets of ice, it's all about the food anyway which is fabulous I haven't ever had anything that I didn't like. The service is outstanding! Atmospheres very nice also lot of TVs you can watch what you like Sports to the Cooking Channel. Bring yourself or bring the whole family something for everyone.l

Today was the first time my fiance and I have ever been there, and after our lunch we said that we would definitely be back. We did the build your own fries which has a huge amount of different choices for toppings, and then I also did the build your own grilled cheese. Everything was very yummy and the service was excellent. The only reason for not 5 stars is because the fries were overcooked but overall good!

Had their pizza and wings special tonight. A full tray and bites for $21. It was very good. The service was good too. Just that not a single person was in there having dinner which was odd. That place always had people in there. We were in there at least an hour. It's BYOB too. I'm not sure what happened. 😮
