I took my daughter Saturday April 15th for her birthday dinner. The service was great. Our waiter...Anthony...Really surprised my daughter. I didn't think they did anything for birthdays so I let my daughter pick a dessert. She didn't know what she wanted so I said it's your birthday pick whatever you want. Our waiter picked up on that and came out with a bowl of ice cream with a candle. I couldn't have asked for a better end to our meal...Which was just as great. Thank you!!
I was at the Outback steakhouse in Charlotte North Carolina.. I had the steak and unlimited shrimp. The steak was very good, and the shrimp was unbelievably delicious!
This is a very good Outback Steakhouse location! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The food was hot and tasted wonderful. The service is great and the atmosphere is very calming and laid back. The drinks are so good too. We are definitely coming back here! Thank you all so much ! We started with the original blooming onion which is always good.
I decided to go back to Outback even after my issues with the other out of state location. I love them overall. I always order Alice Springs Chicken, the flavor combo is delicious and, I love the homemade honey mustard. We ordered a burger, bloomin onion, chicken fingers, steak, and a Wallaby Darned. The food was delicious and quick. The service was excellent. Overall we were very happy with this Outback.
Food was amazing. Love our lavender blueberry lemonade. I got a gift card from them for Mothers Day. Our server was amazing. The only thing was our appetizer came out just a few moments before the main course.
Foods are always good every time we eat hereš i highly recommend Sydney shrooms for an appetizer so good
Delicious! I had a lunch-size sirloin steak and mashed potatoes. But, of course, we had to have the Bloominā Onion for starters!
Since it was my parentsā anniversary, our friendly and helpful server Christine treated them with ice cream and hot fudge (and my wife and I just had to sample that, too!).
As for the atmosphere, we had a quiet booth near the window, away from the bar and from the speakers. The music wasnāt loud at all.

The Outback Steakhouse has been around for 35 years, and has grown into a nationwide chain. Although some chain restaurants may rest on their laurels over time, this doesn't appear to be the case with Outback.
We arrived around 7 p.m. on a Friday evening, and were warmly greeted and escorted to our booth in the corner of the dining area. Our server, Christine, was a lovely woman and very conversational without going overboard.
The Chicken on the Barbie was excellent, the breast tender and flavorful with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and a salad. Although the salad was adequate, with a tasty mustard vinaigrette, the remainder of the meal shined.
The bone-in ribeye (served medium) was grilled to perfection and very delicious, served with a loaded baked potato and a French onion soup (which cost extra). The steak seasoning made the dish all the more scrumptious.
Outback Steakhouse -- particularly the restaurant at the Arena Hub in Wilkes-Barre Township should not be looked over just because it's a chain. There's a reason why the business has been around for 3Ā½ decades. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful, and deserves a visit.

It was a calm crisp day in Wilkes Barre, PA. The month was May, the year was 2020. The restrictions were just lifted, we were allowed to resume our Outback dining. We didnāt waste any time. That same day we came to our holy place, Outback Steakhouse. We were back, so back. We threw on or finest suits and shoes, freshly shined from the cobbler, ready to make our appearance in which we long waited for. Upon entering the restaurant we were instantly greeted by the friendliest, most dedicated staff to ever do it. We were seated in what I believe to be the most comfortable seats in the world. As we were eating our delicious, fluffy pumpernickel bread, the wonderful and talented manager, Ed was making his rounds to ensure that all his guests were enjoying their meals and of course this fine establishment. We were seated one booth away from another super fan of Outback, a fine gentleman who was telling the manager how excited he was that Outback dining was back. He spoke with such passion and enthusiasm that we had to join in. The crowd erupted and the entire restaurant began to chant āOUTBACK, OUTBACK, OUTBACKā. The wonderful and heroic manager, Ed could not contain himself. He too begin to chant and celebrate that his restaurant was back. To this day, 3 and a half years later it still gives me chills. I want to thank the Wilkes Barre Outback staff, customers and lovers of this establishment for one of the best days of my life. Nothing but class, hospitality and service from the greatest restaurant of all time. Thank you Outback Steakhouse for changing my life. Signing out.
Went here on a Sunday evening, not too busy. Our waitress was very good with enough attention but not too much. Wife got snow crab legs and thought they were good. My half rack of ribs was good for a chain restaurant. If it weren't for having a gift card I doubt we'd have gone here, but we liked it alright.
Been here three or four times in the last few years and it is always a wonderful experience. Generous portions, reasonably priced and DELICIOUS. My husband and I always split an entrƩe and I still leave stuffed. The clam chowder is also top notch, even the veggie sides are delicious and perfectly seasoned. Staff has always been friendly and communicative. Roxanne was our server most recently and she did an awesome job.
We haven't been to this Outback location in awhile and decided to treat the kids. Our server Chris was absolutely phenomenal!!! HIGHLY recommended to sit in her section. She was very attentive, polite, and gave our family a wonderful experience. Food and drinks all came out in timely manner. And we all thoroughly enjoyed our supper.
All the staff truly made us feel welcomed and were smiling.
We will definitely be back!!!
Signed up ahead of time online on their "wait list". Seated promptly. Our waitress, Sarah, was terrific!! We ordered appetizers and our meals. Everything came at a perfect pace! Food and drinks were delicious, our booth was cozy, and the atmosphere was great! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

I took my niece to the best Outback Steakhouse in the region tonight!! My server janelle was phenomenal. The food was over the top, the service was impeccable. The manager Ed came over and made us feel at home, made sure everything was perfect for us. Keep it up outback! See you again soon!
Was there today with my step father and once again as always the food was very good. Steaks cooked perfectly. Our server was amazing. Iām sorry I donāt know her name. However sheās got arm and neck tats (love tats so Iām not complaining). And the manager, Ed, always comes over and sits with me (us in this case). Treats us like we are life long friends. He even bought us an appetizer. I would always go there just because of the friendliness of the staff alone. And you get a great meal in addition. Thank you for amazing workers to make for a delightful dining experience.
Best lunch Iāve had in a long time. Food was absolutely delicious, fresh & hot. Atmosphere was clean & welcoming. Our server Alea, made sure we had a great experience. She gave me a few of her favorite things to try on the menu when I didnāt know what to order. I got the coconut shrimp with broccoli & a cup of baked potato soup; I almost wanted to order another plate to take home it was delicious! 10/10 experience & we will definitely be back soon!
Brooke was an amazing server! She made my 3 little daughters feel like princesses! She brought all the food perfectly prepared and piping hot! Best lunch ever!
We came here after my daughterās graduation. The food and drinks were amazing and Samantha S was the best server weāve ever had! She took her time to stop and talk with us even though she was busy. She was a bright spot in our day and we will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Thank you Samantha S for exceptional service and friendliness!
When we want a bloomin' onion THIS is the place to go! We always get GREAT service here and the staff are always so friendly. Tonight we had Eric & Janelle (server in training) & they did a phenomenal job taking care of us. The manager, Ed, is always walking & asking how things are & if he can help with anything. THIS particular Outback is our favorite local place to go when we want a great steak & awesome food to go with it! You won't regret eating here.
