The employees are terrible. We ordered 1 Western bacon cheese burger and 1 fish sandwich. I had to order fish because again, there was no chicken. The sandwich had horrible wilted lettuce on it and practically no tater sauce. The employee read back the order. It was wrong, so my husband told him the order again with fries. NO FRIES!!! Terrible employees!!!

Young woman who took our order was completely clueless. She couldn't figure out how to take pickles off a burger, and add bacon to another burger. The older woman, possibly manager, was not very friendly at all. Seemed like me ordering my food was a burden for her. They don't give you a receipt until after you get your food. Food was alright, but staff is not professional at all. 👎

Very disappointing. Sausage in ("Beast"?) sandwich had almost no taste. Only OJ available, 11.5 oz plastic container of Simply Orange, was overpriced, I believe, at ~$2.70 before tax. Had only the one meal at Hardee's in this short 2+1/2 day trip to Florida, so not enuf info to adequately assess. Hoping others have had, are having, or will have a more pleasant Hardee's experience. 🙃🙂

Sat at drive thru waiting to order for close to ten minutes. I finally said something...the girl says oh sorry, I forgot you were there. Order only a milkshake. Wait in line for over 20 more minutes. Shake was pretty well melted when I got it. They weren't that just. I understand being short staffed, but there was no excuse for this. I'll never go there again.

So my receipt says David K is the one that “assisted” us today … he was very rude. We pay. Then he comes back to the window and asks us for our receipt- that he entered himself- looks at it and says oh okay good. And gives us our food. I asked for a plain hamburger and get a cheeseburger. And it’s on the receipt as a plain hamburger. I’m lactose intolerant… can’t eat this. So thanks Hardee’s.

Highly disappointed that Hardee's did away with their original menu! The only original thing they had was a ham sandwich which I had no interest in!
