Service is just bad. Ordered from the kiosk. How is a person supposed to know a staff person is going to call out donuts/drinks and a different staff person will call out the food orders. Found this out when I got snapped at inquiring about the rest of the order. One elderly person slowly got up to get their order. I witnessed the staff person run out of patience and take the order back to the back.
Turkey sausage muffin was horrible. Sausage tasted odd. A microwaveable sandwich would of been better. Burnt hash browns.
Donuts get a pass.

I never leave reviews....but this was shameful. Ordered a croissant which was hard, added hash browns for 1.99. There were 6 of the typical round hasbrowns in the package. 6??? For $2??? They were burnt, falling apart and in a glob. When I asked the staff about the quantity they said thats what ya get. I also got a frozen coffee ($3.49) and it was only 2/3 full (it was filled to just above the qr code on the cup.)
I don't expect miracles from fast food, but it should at least be PRESENT. SMH

This location should be closed! My coffee taste like beer and they put my donuts in my bag upside down... all my frosting is stuck to the bottom of the bag. It was 5 am and I was the only one in line! If you don't like your job, find a new one!

Horrible experience. Leaving Florida and stopped here for some drinks and a snack. I ordered the new cake batter signature latte and once they called it out I had grabbed it and waited for the other drink we ordered. The people behind us had ordered the same thing just with oat milk, and sure enough the one I had picked up was theres. I went to hand it to the other group but of course they were idiots and decided to say that they didn’t want it just because I touched the cup, and they gave the employees who were already bad enough a hard time redoing her drink, and since oat milk is not my forte they ended up having to redo mine as well, and didn’t even mix it either. Was trying to get in and out but ended up taking up more than half an hour. Never coming back to this location.

Doesn’t allow payment via Dunkin app, so instant 1 star for me. They do at least allow tap to pay for cards that are in your app wallet at least.
Service is friendly enough, and the product is fine too, so otherwise would be at a 3 or 4 if not for the whole existing an a prior decade thing.

Same as below, service was terrible, croissant was burned and tasted like burnt grease.. The girl filling drinks was pleasant, the cash register girl was just an angry person. Don’t waste your money here. I would of waited a 100 miles if I would of read the reviews first.

I made the mistake of using the kiosk. They weren't very busy, there were only 2 people in line so I thought it would be quick. Wow, was I wrong!. At least 7 people who walked up and ordered after I did got their drinks and food before me. The lady who was fixing food finally noticed I had been waiting a long time and asked me what I had. She told the African American woman with this raspberry colored hair, who looked at the kiosk order screen and then just ignored it. She shot me a dirty look as if I had done something wrong, and continued making drinks for people who ordered five and ten minutes behind me. Finally, the woman running the register had to come over and make my drink for me because the drink maker with the raspberry colored hair and the really horrible attitude refused to for some reason.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. i got there at 12:00pm and ordered ONE drink, after waiting for 20 minutes i finally asked them if my drink was finished and they said they never got my order. AFTER i showed them my receipt they began to make my drink but after another 15 minutes of waiting they forgot my order and i left around 12:45 with no refund and no drink. they began to blame me for not reminding them… it’s not my job to make my own drink. worst staff members i’ve ever dealt with.
