I just drove 14 miles to get a sub with all the fixings just how I like it. Placed my order on line and went inside to pick it up. I decided to take to crews pictures because they were so nice. This is an outstanding and high functioning store. They handle high volumes efficiently. In particular, Steven, does a fabulous job. He greets customers with friendliness, works with speed & effectiveness, has high (apparent) respect with other employees, represents the company at the highest level.
The young lady, Jana, who took my order over the phone, was terrific. This location (Seven Mile Dr) is always busy and that day was no different. Juggling more than she needed to be, the order was done on time, nicely prepared and wrapped. She was apologetic that our conversation had been interupted
I hope the food is better than the service. My first time here and I’m not impressed. I wanted my receipt but they couldn’t find it. I would have asked for it when I paid if I knew they weren’t going to put it in the bag. The taste will either guarantee my return or guarantee that I never return to

Food is consistently prepared correctly and very tasty. Staff is pleasant. Suggestion......someone who has a beard and is standing over the food preparing it, should have a beard cover. Noticed this while dining in Wildwood today.
Jersey Mike's is ALWAYS good. They have the best subs - always fresh meats, veges and bread. Staff is always friendly.

I ordered via the app. And, didn't notice until I got home that my order was made semi incorrectly. Nevertheless, I began to as I was very hungry. While eating, I looked down to see a piece of hair coming from my sandwich. God knows if there was more in the part I've already eaten.
