When I was on the Wildwood Boardwalk I was surprised when I came across something called “Polish Water Ice” I’ve heard of Italian ice but never Polish ice so I decided to give it a try. It is much smoother and almost creamy like it was also sweeter. I would recommend you stop for some Polish Water Ice on a hot day.
Like their stuff a lot but the “polish water ice” part of what they make could taste a lot better. But always friendly and fun place to go.
Well its just like all the other polish ices on the boardwalk which there are plenty of, but the staff is always very nice and super quick. If you are used to Italian ice from ritas or your local grocery store just imagine that a bit sweeter, creamer, and smoother. The Cotton Candy is my recommendation.
