Review Doo Wop Diner - Wildwood

Service was great! Fries were fresh, hot and very thick and delicious! The burger was cooked how we requested, but it was very dry. Nothing at all on the bun. After we requested and added mayo they were way better. Overall enjoyable visit and would definitely return.

This place is so good! The best chicken cheesesteak i’ve ever had with the best cheese fries as well. Our service was good, but our waitress forgot my friends fries, but when we told her, she got them out right away! Such a cute fun place too. I would definitely come back!

Me and my boyfriend came to this restaurant and we were beyond shocked about how good the food was and how quickly it came out (within 10 min) we loved it here and will be coming again every year on our summer trip. 🤍🥰

For a Boardwalk Diner experience id give them a solid 7.5/10. Wait staff was polite with fast food

Great breakfast spot!! Classic diner food and convenient right on the boardwalk. The kitchen sink breakfast was huge and delicious. So was the BLT bagel. We also had the breakfast burrito as well as eggs and scrapple and everything was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly. If your looking for breakfast on the boards it is worth the stop.

The power went out while we were there. They came out and apologized and weren't sure how long it would be, but ensured us they still had the full menu, minus the soda machines. They ran around in the dark and in the heat until finally the lights came back on.

Friendly staff, great service. Very nice place cool setup with some antiques on the wall . Food and milkshakes were very good and very big portion sizes.

Definitely need to make this a stop when you're on the Boardwalk. Food comes quickly and is decent diner Food. A blast from the past! I had chicken fingers and they were very good. Fries also are fresh and hot when you get them. Will always come here as a stop when at the Shore. Recommend it!!!

First time here and I'm bad with names. Bit our server had just gotten on shift came over to Apologize and we told her no problem. She was so nice and great. I even asked her if I could buy some of there cups they use cause I've looked all over for pepsi cups or glasses. She did say she would ask boss but she never got back to me on it but is no problem lol. Great food, big portions so daughter and I brought back left overs and great service I wish I got her name because there should be more servers like her

Best place to eat. Huso our server was amazing. Very welcoming, love the atmosphere. The food is amazing. I personally have a lot of food restrictions and Huso went above and beyond to accommodate me. Breakfast was over at the time I came here but they still accommodated me with what I can eat. Which was greatly appreciated. My husband loves their wings and cheese steak.

It was ok! I haven’t been to Wildwood in 30+ years so I found it disappointing to find very few restaurants on the Boardwalk (compared to many other places). Anyway this place seemed like a decent place to stop. I liked the theme it had! Other than that, the food was average! Our waiter was great!

Don’t really think of burgers when we’re on the boardwalk but popped in here yesterday because we wanted to sit down and eat somewhere. We were blown away from the decor to the service and absolutely the quality of the food. Had to look at the menu once we sat down after walking by everyone’s table with huge baskets of burgers and fries just to make sure they did serve something else. Of course we got burgers and fries and we’re not disappointed. This is the kind of place you see on the Food Network and wish there was a place like that around here. This is that place. It will change how you eat at the boardwalk.

I think the nostalgia is great! Service was on point. Food was not good. They ran out of the bread for rye toast. I had western omelette the onions an peppers were raw, I had a large eggshell that made it in my mouth in my omelette. Asked for home fries well done they were mushy almost like boiled potatoes and had absolutely no flavor. My daughter and husband got pancakes they were fluffy but hard to cut. Bacon was underdone and sausage was just ok. So if you are interested in breakfast I would pass eating it here. Cool stuff to look at though.

Good food, but service sucked. I had to go to counter to get more coffee, waiter was rude and never came back to our table after we were served. Too bad because we enjoyed the food.

Kinda pricey, but well worth the money. Very very good food!!
