Starbucks

I’d firstly like to state I typically do not write reviews, but this calls for it. If I could give this place 0 stars — I would. My husband and I are not only coffee connoisseurs, but are loyal and go to Starbucks EVERY DAY. We all know these drinks aren’t cheap nor reasonable. THAT’S A LOT OF MONEY….feel my frustration here? We have been to MANY locations from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, and of course California. We have come to this certain location many times because it’s convenient and close to us. Every time we come here there seems to be an issue it seems. The staff is very unfriendly and seem to lack a sense of urgency. Our orders majority of the time are not what we order and we PAY for every little add on. This location needs improvement. It seems like there is a dark cloud hanging over this place. It’s dull and they don’t seem to be attentive because of the constant incorrect orders. The attitudes here are not the best either. This location needs to do better and be better for customers and especially with how expensive it is. We will NOT be back.

Lack of professionalism here. Everytime I go here, there's always an issue with my order. My orders are simple and straight off their menu. Never make it complicated for them, but they still manage to mess it up. This time around they didn't put the raspberries in the Very Berry Hibiscus nor did they notify me ahead of time that they ran out. Very disappointed.

2nd time in a row now, I’ve been ordering the same drink for years so I don’t know what’s happening. To me a “splash” of cream is a SPLASH…this is watered down iced milk. I taste zero coffee, and considering I order an Americano it should taste like coffee. And this was even me asking them to remake it with LIGHT cream. It’s easier to add more cream then to take some out. Starbucks is going down hill…I gave them a second chance (technically a 3rd by having them remake it) so I’m done. I’m not picky and never ask for things to get redone but I’m paying this much for coffee, it should be done right.

Always enjoy the atmosphere here. My girlfriend and I came down the mountain to get better reception. Ended up staying on their wifi for over and hour finishing up some tasks. We are low carb lifestyle as much as possible so we both good a grande sugar free vanilla latte with almost milk. Delicious and very low carb!
