Pizza Hut

This is the BEST pizza hut location. I drive past two locations to patronize this one. The employees are professional and courteous to their cuatomers. The only downside is that they need to cut veggies a little bigger. Right now they are thin like paper and not easy to chew. Especially once they shrivel up in the oven they become like paper shreds, not appealing at all. The pizza is always fresh and hot too.

Staff is friendly. I ordered 3 personal pans. While I was there someone was being trained and I noticed the trainer took time to explain what needed to be done and why. Good to know future employees are being trained properly. There a bench to sit and wait for your food and one table with two chairs to eat or wait at. Establishment is clean.

*Update: So this store after I left a review here and on Google did reach out eventually and made things right. I can always appreciate it when someone takes the time to correct something so I will amend my review to reflect that. I will give them a rating of 4 because things did get addressed and fixed it just took some time* I've ordered from this store so many times I've lost count. While there have been other times where things haven't gone right, overall it's been pretty good. That changed today. I placed an order and after an hour and a half nothing. The pizza tracker updated to indicate food was on the way but it never arrived. I had to leave for an event but hoped that maybe the food would arrive after I left. Again, nothing. I did get a call but I was driving and could not answer. No voicemail was left. Thank goodness I paid in cash so I won't have to fight about charges, but I never received any food. I will never EVER order from this store again. It's a shame too because they are close and used to be so good.

The bottom of the pizza was stick to the bottom of the box. I had to use knife under each slice to get each piece loose to eat it. It cause each piece to kinda fall apart. Why not cover bottom of box with paper like most shops do so this does not happen. It was a really good pizza where some went to waste - never should have had to happen. People on phone and driver were great - Cinnabon and brownies were great - and pizza was tasty and hot - except I had to eat it in pieces with a fork instead of slices by hand - leaving some stuck on the box.

I go to this pizza hut even though I have to drive all the way from the Westside out there. Their pizza is extraordinary. I only go as a treat. Its a long drive. But its worth it. I get the large meat lovers pizza. I put everything but the kitchen sink on it. And they always get it perfect. People always ask me "Where did you get this pizza from?!!!" If you dont order ahead you are going to have a 25 to 30 minute wait. Its worth it!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
