I just wanted to say Thank-u to the young woman behind the counter! She greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me figure out my order. While I was waiting, her co worker left…guessing his shift was over….. leaving only her to answer the phone, help the 3 customers that came in behind me and preparing all the orders herself…plus on line orders. Pizza Hut I hope you appreciate her…. She’s doing a great job and with a good attitude.
Quite hot day and the cooling here awful. Felt bad for the employees who were trying their best to serve customers with a smile. Pizza was too oily and tasted like drenched in oil. Served fresh though.
I placed an order online and when I showed up to the location it was hot and ready. The man was really nice and professional. I found out that they no longer hand out packets of peppers or Parmesan, but you can buy cute little shaker bottles. Great location really close to my home.
Donald helped me out a lot with my order. I appreciate the good customer service.

The Pizza Hut app messed up my order. When I arrived to pick it up and seen that a mistake happen. They fixed the problem right away. I had my correct order within 10 mins. Was very happy with how the situation was handled. Especially when they Pizza Hut employees have no control over how the app works.
This place is underrated, fast service food is great and door dash in Wickenburg is outstanding…. The new melts are incredible if you have tried one! Lite, crispy and very flavorful
The order was very timely and tasted great. The tomato sauce was really heavy though near the crust edge and was a bit much. Still, it was a good pizza and well done.
As a frequent guest I notice things. The delivery charge is $3.50. I don't know where the other reviewer got $5 from. Unless that reviewer is using extra sensationalism to manipulate people reading these.
These are human beings that work here. I don't expect the perfection or quality of robots.
Sometimes they mess up, sure, but they always try to correct it. I never understood why people have to scream in their face or threaten then over some pizza or wings.
The place is one of the cleanest in the areas.
I've seen customers throw tantrums equal to that of a toddler.
Just be nice. Have some patience. And you'll get a fantastic pizza every time.

Pizza Hut Wickenburg, Az
Ordered 15 pizzas to be delivered to Wickenburg Community Hospital to show our appreciation for all they do, and only 5 pizzas were delivered.
VERY POOR service! They said my card was denied! I used a DEBIT card, and they must have punched in CREDIT! No wonder it was denied! Thern they called the hospital and TOLD THEM my card was denied. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! I buy pizzas at this location a lot, but unless this problem gets rectified it will be the LAST time I buy pizzas at this store. I am considering retaining an attorney, because they called the hospital and told them MY CARD WAS DENIED! the two names on my receipt are Rodnek and the 2nd one is Delainey. When I tried to call them, I get a recording that tells me to wait, then I get disconnected!
We went back to Pizza hut yesterday, and we talked to Ti-ata, and she was sooooo nice. Apparently she is the ONLY one that cares about her customers (and that includes the main office)! She has restored my faith in human kindness! Thank You Ti-ata!!!
