First time eating at McDonald’s in years. Also first time having a Big Mac in my life. Overall a very average experience. All ordering is done yourself on a screen, only one screen was open out of 4 so you could feel the pressure from other guests to put in your order. The prices have gone up so much you’re better off getting a burger at any burger place. The Big Mac had a uniform taste and texture throughout. It’s just patty, shredded lettuce and Mac sauce. Pretty slippery and lacking depth. Overall the convenience, speed and relative cheaper cost makes up for the lack of quality.

Very clean. Restrooms gets a 10 out of 10. Food fast and they got everything right. Kudos to this team. Nice out door area to sit as well.

Facility is modern, well maintained and nicely decorated. Service good, food hot, clean rest rooms. VERY BUSY with north/south snow bird traffic (major N/S transit route) -- but staff was well trained and handled it well-- while maintaining facility conditions (neat and very, very clean) throughout. Have stopped here numerous times including during COVID and this location did not loose a beat. I say that with a wealth of experience at "trashed" McDonald's along busy transit routes...this was not that. :-)

We stop at this location when passing through on several road trips. The bathroom is always clean, and the facility is in good working order. We always stop for a single cone and a bathroom break. The only challenge this visit was the staff was goofing around while making the cones. It wasn't that big a deal except for the fact that 2 of the cones had already been made. By the time we got them, they had started melting. Several napkins and sticky fingers later, the kids finished their cones. I could have done without the sticky fingers.

Some of the best McDonald's food I have had in a while. The bathrooms were clean, and the service was quick. There was someone new at the register, but the overall service was great.

I call it the 5 star of childhood fast food. My children love it and it keeps us in motion when there's no time to cook. Their fries are addiction level. When you know, you know. McDonald's was "it" even during my childhood a long long time ago in a neighborhood far far away.

It's the perfect place for a potty break. I don't eat McDonald's at all. So I can't tell you anything about it. But this particular one is great for a potty break. While driving across the state heading into Phoenix.

GENA WAS ABSOLUTELY Fabulous! It's not everyday you get perfect customer service, but Gena was suggestive, patient, and helped us despite how indecisive and exhausted we were. Thank you Gena and keep up the good work.....we will be back, and I hope you'll be manager by the time we drive thru again!

If we had been home, we wouldn't have gone to a McD's, but for traveling, it's a safe option. Bathrooms are clean and typically well stocked. Don't recall if it was this one, we were on a very long drive, but one of the ones we stopped at had one stall with no TP, the other was nearly out. To be female and to discover the stall you are in does not have TP can be problematic. Part of the problem with this one is that the holder was for only one roll. Please. All McDs should have a double roll holder in all stalls! No excuse to not have TP in any stall EVER! This is why the marked down Service and Atmosphere. Now the food. We got chicken nuggets. They were not overly warm and were a bit too tough, like they had been sitting too long in a warmer. The soda coming out looked and tasted like a calibration was overdue - The syrup to water ratio appeared to be a bit too low.

It's McDonalds. All the stores are pretty much the same. We went in the drive through. Got our food quickly. Sat on the patio since dining room was closed.

Stopped in for bathroom break on a road trip home from Vegas to Phoenix. Good location, big parking lot, have heard only good things from the owner to the bottom and bottom to the top. My personal experience, I did not like over hearing the manager's tone telling a new employee to not stand at the registers when "they're no customers".... Granted, I walked in to take a piss and steel a coke, maybe the manager is just that experienced to feel a disturbance in the force from the kitchen, but honestly, I walked in, this new employee walked to the register and was reprimanded, so yeah, I know micro managers, it's probably good for the owner and it's a small town with little jobs.... But it MCDONALD'S and small town only stops for fast food on a long highway can be GREAT, or.... you know. But now need to make your workplace miserable for the underlings

As usual Road Trip: McDonalds. Whenever we are on road trip McDonald's is the place to refresh and this one in Wickenburg is no different. Just a quick drive through and back on the road. Clean, safe, we'll kept exterior. Thanks again McDonald's.
