We didn't even get to order. All the stalls were blocked off and we sat in the very long drive through line for 10 minutes without moving, so we just left. If they won't be using the stalls, they might want to consider some line busting ideas during peak times.

Sonic always means cherry limeade and I get one almost every visit and it never disappoints. The food was cooked to order as usual and the ice cream is always tasty.

I ordered a large limeade an a large cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper both with easy ice tonight and my Dr. Pepper had extra ice an the limeade had cherry in it when I never asked for cherry.

Everytime I come to this store there are no spaces open all are blocked off. Drive thur is the only thing open. I use your app and always end up spending 10 to 15 minutes just to pick up drinks because I am waiting in drive thur.

Service at this location is as slow as it gets. I put in a mobile order and it was 15 min past scheduled time before I received it. Food was cold, drinks had soda all over outside of them, no napkins or utensils were included. We did get straws for our drinks, so that's a plus. Probably won't frequent this location much even though it's closest to our house. Unfortunate.

I went through the drive-thru and the people were very knowledgeable of their product and they were very friendly I had a rather large order and they took their time to repeat it back to me so that they got it right.

No in app ordering at this location. Bay I pulled into did not have functioning screen. Went to drive thru. Placed order, did not get confirmation of my order. Waited a bit, then pulled up to the window. My patty melt had so much mayo and mustard the toast slid right off the hamburger patty taking most of the onions with it. At least the cashier was peppy and polite.

Worst service and liars! Twice now they have charged my card for the wrong amount. Apparently, 2 drinks during happy hour now cost me $8. They always promise to go back and cancel the transaction but never do! Don’t go to this sonic!!!

TERRIBLE customer service! Went through the drive thru and pulled up to the window to hear a very LOUD heavier set women in her mid to early 20's yelling profanity (F bombs) that we could hear through the closed drive thru window, received our burritos and questioned why one was significantly smaller and they were the same burrito. She claimed she didn't know why so I opened the burrito to see why and there was only ONE tater toy in the whole burrito. She claimed they were low on tater tots and we're conserving them, I said well that is not what I paid for! She took the burrito and said they would remake it. She closed the window (which we could still clearly hear her loud voice) "I am not speaking to any more customers today! Who even cares! So f****** what!" I honked and replied " we can clearly hear your loud mouth and just give me my money back!" They ignored us at the window so we went to knock on the doors to say "don't bother making another one, just give us the money back!" The manager finally opened the door shoving the bags on food on my husband who put his hands up saying "no we are not paying for this, give us our money back!" She was very rude and was saying "no, take it and why do you want your money back?!" After she finally got the hint that we were not paying for their horrible service she walked back in the store and we returned to our car, she then opened the drive thru window and threw the money at me and slammed the window! No apologies, no "I will speak to my employee" NOTHING!!!! They have officially lost our business for good!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I tried to have the guy fix my order on the screen and he cut me off and said he had it. Took forever to get 2 drinks and an ice cream cone and my order was wrong... Will never be back

Went for 3 drinks, we ordered at 12:21, at 12:36 we called back in they said they didn't know which stall we were at, finally got our drinks at 12:40. No offer to give them to us, a discount or coupon for free drink anything to make it right! We have long waits every time we go to this location.

The service was slow, the drink was bad and had to be sent back. The meal called for onion rings... I revived A onion ring. The rest was great!

Stopped by to get a drink on the way home, and I ordered my drink. My mom ordered a shake in the same order, but the truck was running late. (Which isn't their fault,) but my mom then stated she didn't want anything. So they cancelled the whole order. I still wanted a drink. We pressed the red button again, and I ordered, but the guy very rudely said that he couldn't hear me because I was ordering from the passenger seat. I had just ordered from the passenger seat 20 secs before that. All in all the staff here are rude, and lost our business because of it. Wish I could give a 0!

False advertising. They charged us twice what the sign said when asked they said they'd give us a smaller one for the price the sign said was for the larger size. They were very rude about it. We use to go at least 3x times a week for happy hour drinks. No more.

My battery died last night while stopping by to get shakes for my family. A young man working for you wearing glasses (wish I got his name) offered to help jump my car and even came to check on me after my car had been started to make sure everything was all right. You have some great employees and because of this young man, I will stop by many more times just due to that kind act.
