The reason why I 3 star this place is because we dine in and you need condiments they don't give you any I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes then gave up. They are fast with food. And it great quality but they put their order times before their customers. So if you in a hurry this is the place to go for sure.

Ordered some Uber eats from the store didn't exactly get the greatest presentation and cook took them a very long time to prepare my order ended up being way over late the food was not bad but it could have been better presented and cooked but it's manageable. I wouldn't call it a go to McDonald's but if you need something to eat it works.

This establishment actually just handed my entire order to another car, had them dig through it and then tried to hand it to us after we watched the entire thing. When we declined to take it she lied. Definitely not covid protocol or even basic cleanliness. The store manager ignored the situation and was not helpful.

This is the last time I will ever go to this location. I had a mobile order waited for 30 minutes went in to the restaurant waited 10 more minutes for them to find my order sitting waiting to be taken out. Food was cold and they told me it would be another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Have waited in drive through lane for over 30 minutes before as well. And their customer service is literally the worst I've ever experienced.

Drive thru line was long so went in. Was at the counter behind another customer and cashier walked away before taking my order. So I placed my order at the kiosk but since I was paying with cash I had to go back to the counter. Waited 10 minutes before cashier came back and she proceeded to address the customer behind me instead. So I left very upset. Even 2 swing managers passed by and didn't bother to acknowledge me. Definitely not a store to go to if you are on a time crunch

Got there and the drive through menu wasn't up just the person who ordered beforehand their order, and when asked to show the menu nobody answered so I went to the other drive thru and it was the exact same thing except this time the employee talked to us as if we were speaking stupid and said we couldnt be understood. So I then went inside, I waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged then another couple of minutes before being waited on, all while the employees were carrying on personal conversations and cutting up with each other. Then I waited another 15 minutes just for my order. Customers should not have to wait that long to be acknowledged and their orders and they also should not be talked to rudely. Not only that but it clearly states that they close at 11 pm not 9 or 10 or whenever they want to close because if that's the case then change it online. This is the worse McDonald's I have ever come across.

Super bad McDonalds. Definitely worst in wichita. Workers there are rude as h*ll. The food here compared to other McDonalds is always super nasty. I got up to the window today and the dude shoved the food in my face. If i could give 0 stars I would. They need to shut this location down. It’s always been bad.

I was just given hard bfast burritos. When i went back to get fresh they gave me hard ones 2 more times. I was told to heat my own food up in my microwave.....?.....Isnt that what i just paid for Hot Fresh food. I will never ever go here again!

Ordered a large fry in the drive thru and when i got to work to eat my lunch i discovered it was less than half full. If i had time i would have gone back.
