Review Mcdonald's - Wichita

Sitting in the drive thru during lunch time on a Tuesday 10-12-2021 about 12:18pm I look in the window and see this huge mess all over the floor. No one is even around to guard or watch other employees so they don’t fall. I’m not how long this has been here but for the 10 minutes I waited you would think someone would have gotten this cleaned up. On to my order which was not right at all. Plus after waiting to get cold fries. There’s nothing worse than cold fries 🍟! I literally have not been to a McDonald’s in months guess I didn’t miss anything.

Best place for early morning breakfast in my area and my fiance and myself enjoyed the QUICK breakfast service at coffee time with our orange juice sausage egg McMuffin and also hash browns with sausage egg and cheese McGriddle Plus extra hash browns uh.

Quite a line going through drive thru. Went pretty fast. Stay were friendly. Food same mcdonalds food as always. Prices. Eee gads. Prices prices are going through the roof everywhere. So yes they have gone up to. So with increased prices, I expect service, good hot food. Both were met 1!

I ordered a twenty piece nugget and only got 15 at 7:24 p.m. I tried to call the store back at their number and their supervisors number, no one ever answered a active store line. I continually receive a busy signal for at least 2 hours and no one ever answered. I asked for freshly cooked nuggets and they seem like they will rewarmed this was a terrible experience, I usually stop by the store every Tuesday with my grandkids and order the same items, the customer service was bad this day. Included are photos do these look fresh?

Was told to pull up. Then Waited over 15 minutes for my food. Asked for cookies for the wait. Manager looked at me upside my head like her life depended on 3 cookies. Told me i would be “waiting longer” never coming here again.

I could talk about the good old days when a hamburger was 19 cents, but that would date me. The food was quickly made and hot. The manager made sure I was served promptly. The fountain pop was refreshing and endless. The WiFi was a bit stodgy, but such things happen.

Ordered their sausage egg muffin which was advertised for $2 and was charged normal price. When I brought this to the attendants attention she said that was how it was wrung up. Asked me to pull forward so the manager could come talk to me. After waiting a long time I parked and went inside where the manager tried to hand me food that was sitting on the counter and told me that's how it rang up so that's the price. I told her I wanted hot food so she THREW the food in the warmer gave me my money back which I didnt ask for and disappeared in the back. When I asked how long it was going to take to get my hot food a man in a uniform walked behind the counter and quoted the cooking times for my food to me. I told him I just wanted to get my food and get back tot he hospital but he didnt hear anything I said because he started talking over me and raising his voice. Then he asked if I got a refund and when I said yes he said good then have a nice day and walked away. I told him I wanted my food not my money back and that I would call corporate which he then took out his phone and said I will call them for you! I asked him his name and he said Bye I said I need your name and he just kept repeating bye and walked away. So after all that I am back at the hospital with my loved one, no food, upset because I was kicked out of mcds for wanting accurate pricing and hot food and still dont know the arrogant man's name! So if I could give this joint 0 stars I would. I will be bbn posting this review everywhere and sending it to corporate because you do not treat customers like this. You dont talk over someone to deescalate a situation!
