This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in town, you have to make sure to ask for fresh fries or else they will give you luke warm fries. Last night was the last straw when my fiancés double quarter pounder was super rare and he had ate most of it by the time he noticed. Luckily he didn’t get sick but we were disturbed by how pink those patties were.

I like to have breakfast in this particular McDonald's location because there is such a cozy warm atmosphere in the morning, and all because in the morning and during lunch there are a lot of people who are retired and they are regular customers. and just watching them is so pleasant and how the McDonald's employees are polite and well served as always

I started my order through the speaker. The lady did not respond when I was done she didn't put my order in the screen. She didn't repeat my order back to me. When I finally said, "Hello. Did you get my order?", she told me yes and to pull around to the first window. When I got there, the person at the register hadn't received my order and I had to tell it to get all over again.
Poor communication between staff and from staff to customers.

Came in last night around 7:30, they were taking a very long time, I got to the window where I saw employees standing around on their phones and not doing anything. They asked every single car to pull forward and no one was getting food. After 30 mins of waiting, I went inside where several other people were trying to get their food. None of the workers would even come to the front to refund our money, I did mobile ordering and they had checked that my food had been delivered when it had not been. I ordered one happy meal, that was it. I never got my food or my money back.

I came here to eat before I had a piano lesson with a friend from my church and my dad took my here and got a a meal. Well in the food was this big white piece of hair and it grossed me out so bad. Mc. Donald's is not the same since they made things healthier.

This has be the worst McDonald's I've ever seen to in my life. Usually they are just rude. When you get to the last window they just fling your bag of food out the window and don't say a word. This time on top of being rude. I asked for no onions on my burger. Pretty simple request. The drive thru person repeated it back. It was on the screen. Then the lady at the pay window even said double quarter pounder no onions right? I said yes. So when I get home and fo to eat. I get a burger smothered in onions. This is the last time I go back.

This place is worse than terrible. Order is not correct many times.One girl at drive thru didn't say hi or thanks. I prefer Spangles. Help is ALWAYS courteous and order is always correct

The McDonald’s at 13th and West is doing a great job! It is fast food and when they’re busy we get the wrong stuff, but 9/10 times it’s right! Maybe even more than that, it’s always hot! Employees are nice! LANE is doing a good job with this location!
