we especially like to have breakfast there because in the morning the atmosphere is different there, people who are retired come for breakfast and it's so nice to look at them, it's kind of cozy
I always have a problem with this McDonald's. I went in @ 10pm and ordered 2 pies, which took 20 min for me to get & after getting into my car I found one of the pies was rock hard. I've had very few good experiences here so I prefer to drive to the McDonald's on Southwest St.
Waited for a while to order our food. Ordered five sandwiches and two large fries. Watch them send my order through without one of the sandwiches so I went out of my way to make sure to ask that they got everything. Guy at first window assured me that all five sandwiches were on the order asked him
5/5 Customer service, quality of food, and affordable prices one should expect of any Mcdonald's restaurant. Nothing fancy but was fast, friendly, without a hiccup or any unreasonable waiting time. I got my food and was on my way. Exactly the experience I'm looking for when deciding to eat fast food
Worst customer service around, night shift runs around and plays around the whole time, I sat here for 10 minutes until someone finally decided to ask what I needed. Running around the store, yelling & doing everything BUT their jobs. Manager included.
Day shift isn’t any better either.

I bought a chicken nugget happy meal and get home they put the sauce in the box but with a hamburger. So I paid for the nugget meal. And when you call there number no one answers the phone. This place is horrible.
Whoever the manager is right now is a gangster. I've messed up and forgot to ask 6 cheeseburguers during a big rush and they were very understanding and helpful and they got us what we needed quickly. Thank you! Thank you!!!
Well depending on who's running the drive thru the codes from the app r sometimes reconiEd sometime their not depends on if they have been trained or not. Who wants to work at McDonald's so u get what u pay for I don't recommend north Broadway inside dining will take 29 me nutes to receive ur order
