I bought 3 value meals, when I picked up my food I glanced in the bag and pulled away. I rechecked the bag and noticed I was missing 1 fry from my order. I drove back around to the pick up window. A different girl was at the window this time. I explained I bought 3 value meals and had everything but was missing 1 fry. She took my receipt and went over it. She then requested $3 for the missing fry. I explained again that I had bought 3 value meals. The manager came to the window and proceeded to tell me that it would be $3 for the "missing" fry. She either realized the item was missing from the bag from the receipt (benefit of the doubt). And proceeded to wait for me to pay her. Finally she gave me my missing item... in frustration. You just cannot even rely on your receipt to validate your purchase. Rethink your wanting to visit this McDonalds people. I did not go there for an argument when I had proof of what I had paid for.

I’ve given this McDonald’s a few visits because it’s right down the street from me and it’s easier to go to with kids. I will never give it another chance again. Most the time it’s old warmed up food that’s been sitting out you get that at any McDonald’s sure, that’s normal. But to allow somebody to sit in line for 15 minutes because your microphone was muted and you didn’t know, that’s also very understandable what is not understandable is when I drove up to the window because 15 minutes has passed there’s two lines building up behind me cars are getting impatient honking, so I drive up to the window to let them know we cannot hear them and to go ahead and order to be on our way. This is when I pull up to the window and they apologized telling me that their microphone was muted I said that’s okay things happen. When I went to try to take my order she told me I could not order at the window it would back the lineup. I did explain that I was waiting in line for 15 minutes because her microphone was muted it would be a different story if I cut in front of the line I would totally understand but the audacity to tell me to go wait back in a long line that started to build up because of their mistake. It is very unprofessional and the young management who came and stepped in was very unprofessional and should not be in management if they cannot see and own up to their mistakes of their fellow colleagues. How hard would it have been to take an order at a window?

Wish I had read the previous reviews and never went for Door Dash to this specific location. Horrible customer service is a gargantuan understatement here. Absolutely shocked the employees are still considered employees of McDonalds, let alone trusted to be anywhere near appliances, electrical sockets or even each other without helmets and covered in bubble wrap for their own safety. Truly worried how they even get to work without risking the publics safety. These ignoramuses failed on epic levels from moment one and finally after verbal attacks and some fear on my part, had the young man lunge and whip 2 delivery bags of food my way. Never been so driven to leave a review in hopes of a severe restructuring of a single location. Summing it up....went to drive thru and thought the store was closed. At the speaker, after waiting a bit, still not sure why though since the place had NO CUSTOMERS, I placed my order for Door Dash. Pulled up to the window and waited approximately 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging I was there. A young employee leaned out the window and told me to pull forward because they would have fresh fries. Well, I do so. A couple minutes later, another 2 customers had formed a line behind me. The first customer waited a couple mins and drove away with their orders. Next customer pulls up and soon pulls away as my husband asks the driver if they got fresh fries. He grinned, stuffed his mouth full and said "YEP!" So, he then approached the window to ask why a Door Dash customer was being skipped over, while serving others. The reply was that he could have his money and leave while the window was slammed shut in his face. Hmm, we didn't pay cash...online order obviously nitwit. I stood outside their lobby door and still waited another several minutes. When the man ran his plump body into the glass door to open it, I physically flenched 🙅due to the aggressive nature. He turned and swung the bags around to me and I luckily was quick enough to move. I took them and shared a few choice words on the sewer level courtesy that he showed. Just flabbergasted, appalled and any other appropriate words that a reader of this may offer up. Ugh...SMMFGDH. (you don't want me to spell that out) This happened on Friday night, May 6th. Maybe he had a hangover from Cinco de Mayo? Doubtful now seeing👀 the other reviews. 🤔😳😡

I always think this location is closed and end up pulling away but this time I went thru the drive thru and they were open and I asked about the lights and the girl said that they just didn’t turn them on. Okay I used to work at McDonald’s you should probably turn them on unless you want people to continue to think that you’re closed. Which is probably what they want.

The Macdonalds on West and Pawnee is very slow I waited for ever to order. With only one person cooking and one person at the window you are looking at 15 to 25 min max.
