I don’t know if these people are overworked or don’t care. Went there last night. The soft tacos tortilla wasn’t cooked. No meet was in it. It was soggy and gross. The teller was huffing and puffing and was definitely not into it. Don’t know if she was having a bad night or what. First time I wish I could have gotten my money back.

Went through the drive-thru so I have no remarks about the inside. There was a bit of a line but, they did a pretty good job keeping it moving so there wasn't very much of a wait. Customer service was friendly.
My only real issue was my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had way to much sauce on it. Any other issues are more a complaint against Taco Bell itself than the store specifically. Quite often there are items that are a little higher in price and the quality of food stuffs tends to diminish making it difficult to justify the price on the item. All that aside, I keep returning so.....you be the judge.

We customize our order. Twice it was wrong. NOT trying to be a Karen but if someone can't eat sour cream and it's on everything. Nobody wants to go back after working all day.

This is my favorite taco bell to go to in Wichita they always get my order correct and in a timely manner.

Both my husband and i ate there tonight and my husband and I both got food poisoning and the reason I know for a fact it was here cause thats the only thing we ate.. Now bit h have fever..puking or guts out and have diarrhea. We had the Culupa Deluxe. It happen as soon as we finished eating. Not going back something was not cooked right ir their food temp is not right and its causing stuff to spoil.

Everytime we go to Taco Bell on Harry at 8:00pm they say there closed on and the employees are outside doing whatever in car's so I haven't been able to get Taco Bell I had to go to Taco Shop
