Best sonic I have ever been to
Food so perfect and onion rings not over breaded or over cooked
I advise not to order online here. I ordered a shake in the app because it was supposed to be half price. It turned out they didn't have the ingredients to make it and they refused to refund my money. I will never order in their app again. They can't be trusted.
This sonic has very friendly staff, however, the wait is very long every time we go. I use the drive-thru in hopes it'll be quicker, it just never is. Maybe they're understaffed, and overworked. But, The food is always good. ☺️ just don't go if you're in a hurry.
The Sonic at 135th & Maple apparently has issues hiring. Only the drive thru is open. All stalls are closed. I ordered on the app with specified pickup time, but the drive thru line was so long, I waited 20 minutes past specified time. Lucky it was just a shake and was made when I got to the speake
Food was old and very cold. The new advertised pickle fries were absolutely limp soggy and disgusting. I was very let down by my order.
I normally stop at the west street location and in the past have always had good reviews, however lately the service and quality has been terrible. Today I ordered 2 cherry limeades.....it came with no fruit at all!!
The Sonic at this location is running short on staff so it is drive-thru only. The staff is doing a great job getting food out, especially for order ahead.
The fries weren't hot and crispy, so i know the fries had been sitting for awhile, maybe next time i will check my fries
