This is by far one of THE WORST places to go. They are rude and careless when it comes to packaging their food. As a delivery driver, they poor service reflects poorly on me as the one who gets to take it the customer. The prices are not all that great but should be able to expect better from a long standing company. DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND if I could give them 0 stars I totally would 😔😒😟😤🤬

The table hadn't been cleaned, my wife had to tell the cashier what was in a certain burrito after ordering it a certain way. The food tastes different every time, whether that's due to food storage practices, food prep or ingredient changes from the distributor, we will never know. I personally like my food to taste the same every time I order it. Knowledgeable staff would be nice too. My wife shouldn't have to tell the people working there what's in it. And all this IF the lobby is open. We have been to several locations and had to drive away without food, because we want to go in and enjoy ourselves.
We also find employees on their phones quite a bit, plus we shouldn't have to hear the conversations being had by the employees.

This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever visited. They Always have an issue from their machines being broken, being out of certain foods or getting the orders wrong every time or the staff being rude. Yesterday was my last ever visit as again their machine was broken to take cards as payment. Do they need a better manager to get these things fixed or replaced?! I don't know but they are a very bad example for this franchise and Taco Bell should do something about it to fix the issues.

The hiring manager contacted me to schedule a interview for my grandson. First job first job interview. My grandson anxiously awaited the interview arrived early. The doors were locked. The phone was busy continually. He finally went through the drive-through and said he was there for the interview. Unfortunately Chris the hiring manager at the Harry and Clifton store was not available for work as scheduled. Unfortunately no one thought to call us and reschedule the interview. I won’t be eating there. I think it’s terribly rude and ridiculously inconsiderate.

They were out of sour cream and the drink I wanted. The sour cream really makes the food for me and I would have gone somewhere else but this particular drive through has a high wall along the drive through so you literally cannot get out. Being out of product isn't their fault I get that. But they also got my order wrong. I requested no meat on my nachos and there was meat on them. It was keyed right on the reciept but somebody just didn't read when they made them. And whoever bagged it up didn't read and look either. My bad for not checking before I pulled away..... not.

Every time I come here the fryer is down. How are are going to have so many items with nacho fries and your fryer is down?? My order is also never right at this specific location.

This Taco Bell is on one the busiest street in wichita on Harry next to a hospital and is never open. It can't seem to keep people or even function right when it is open. Yall need to close or find and pay better to keep a staff this is carzy.
