love love love the food and the staff. The new management is wonderful and the staff are pleasant and just very happy to do their work. Highly recommend to anyone going to Wichita KS to make a point of going to this restaurant and trying out. You will love it. Great price, great food.

This is not sal's anymore has changed owners. Went there on 2/7/16 serves was not good cook used way to much oil and no seasoning on the food and food portions were not much for the price. Sal's is always a good time. The food is great, as is their show. This is a good place to bring out-of-towners for an entertaining meal or to start off a date night.

They were able to set us right away. We didn't have to wait for the table to be full. Great food and and service.

Great food, nice atmosphere and good service. Always my number one choice for Japanese hibachi.
