Horrible customer service. I pulled up to the drive through at about 5:05 pm on 3-17-2022. The male voice said can I help you? I said yes, just a second I am reading menu. He then proceeded to whistle. You know like somebody tapping their fingers on the table for you to hurry up type whistling. I said sorry I’m trying to read the menu, if the menu was back further I could’ve read it while I was waiting on the car in front of me and he responded with well then order when you’re ready and I said well I would like an eight piece bucket and he comes back with oh are you talking to us. With the economy like it is and everybody wanting business and everybody needing business customer service needs to be better than that. I just replied with nope I am not interested I drove 2 miles down the road got me some churches chicken and I’m headed home. I will be calling the manager in the morning.

Very disappointing. I went inside to order. First the cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up a chicken strip dinner. He kept trying & trying. Eventually he was successful but it took a long time.
Then they served the drive through cars before the people inside even though a number of the cars came later. Yes, I was watching the cars.
When I finally got my food I checked it and 2 things were missing. They acted annoyed when I asked for the missing items. I won't be going back.

Service was definitely lacking. All the employees were in the back yelling and cussing at each other so loud you could hear it in the seating area. The food was ok, but not proportioned right as we have ate at other KFC's. It was just thrown together with no care. To me there needs to be better training to support management and better training to the staff. I won't be returning to this KFC any time soon.

Clean, fast service. Waiter was slow but she was new, no big deal. Food was excellent, lots of flavor and I always get what I ordered. I'll be back...

Got an eight piece meal for 1399 and this is what I was given I had to dig to the bottom of the bucket to find the legs and they were completely torn up I am very disappointed

Extremely poor service and filthy. I told the cashier that someone had peed everywhere in the men's bathroom and she said "I mean thanks for telling me but I'm not gonna clean it up." She didn't think it was important enough to tell anyone else about it either. Also we waited well over 45 minutes for our food despite the fact that there was barely any other customers there. When I asked what was taking so long they acted annoyed about it.

When we decided to eat at this restaurant, we read some of the reviews and weren't so sure what we were getting ourselves into. But when we got inside, the place was really clean, the people were great, and the food was great!

Me and my coworker have been here numerous times, and this Older Gentlemen has always been working each time.
He always comes up to us and asked how are food is and thanks us for our service in the USAF.
Now… we don’t like getting thanked for our service (it’s a military thing)
I personally don’t like to be viewed as a person above another person.
But this is one of the only people I don’t “cringe” when he is saying it! He has offered to buy us lunch and gives us extra food each time in this store.
Human to Human this guy has the attributes that the world needs more of!
I will drive out of the way, just to come to this Woodlawn store.
Even short staffed, all workers have an amazing attitude to their customers including myself!
10/10 recommend this place!
