Only been here twice, first experience was better.
I asked for some mustard and the employee absolutely poured it all over my sandwich.
When I got home, I had to pick out a lot of the toppings because the mustard was completely overpowering the whole sandwich.
He was nice and other than the globs of mustard, and him forgetting the Italian oil topping, the sandwich was decent.
Clean and well stocked.

Very disappointed with how I got treated by the manager Nicole. While getting my sandwich I got glared at the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable. While I was sitting down eating my meal I looked out the window and she was talking to another employee about me and pointing at me I am never one to leave a bad review at a business but I felt it was necessary. The other employee was very nice and helpful. This used to be my favorite subway but I will no longer be going to this store because this is not the first time this has happened to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! That is just NOT ACCEPTABLE. Paying customers have every right for appropriate customer service. This INCLUDES GREETING THE CUSTOMER WITH A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE! Shameful the mgmt let’s this slide!

I love Subway but abhore touch screen drive thru! If i have to get out of car and get other people's germs then it isnt a drive thru. The kids inside were great!

One of the staff was cussing behind the counter to another staff while my family waited to order.
That same staff member put food items on my sandwich that I specifically asked for him not to add.

The food was delicious and made quickly. My girlfriend and I haven't had subway in a couple of years and this was a wonderful revisit to Subway. The employee was nice and very respectful.

First visit was good. Second visit the employee was very short. When I got to the cash register I told her I had a coupon for a $3.49 6 inch with purchase of a drink. I gave her the coupon and she immediately said she couldn’t except it. Looked me up and down and said it was probably expired anyway. There was nobody else in the store so I said I’d run out to my car and grab the whole sheet of coupons as the rest of them all said they expired 01/01/21. She rolled her eyes at me but I still went out and got them. After she saw them she handed me back my coupon and said okay and then entered in the discounted price. After I put them all back in my purse, she then accusingly asked for the coupon with her hand out (even though she gave it back to me). Not very happy with the terrible customer service.
