Only been here twice, first experience was better. I asked for some mustard and the employee absolutely poured it all over my sandwich. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! That is just NOT ACCEPTABLE. Paying customers have every right for appropriate customer service. This INCLUDES GREETING THE CUSTOMER WITH A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE! Shameful the mgmt let’s this slide!
I love Subway but abhore touch screen drive thru! If i have to get out of car and get other people's germs then it isnt a drive thru. The kids inside were great!
One of the staff was cussing behind the counter to another staff while my family waited to order. That same staff member put food items on my sandwich that I specifically asked for him not to add.
The food was delicious and made quickly. My girlfriend and I haven't had subway in a couple of years and this was a wonderful revisit to Subway. The employee was nice and very respectful.
The food was good and they prepared it the way we wanted
First visit was good. Second visit the employee was very short. When I got to the cash register I told her I had a coupon for a $3.49 6 inch with purchase of a drink. I gave her the coupon and she immediately said she couldn’t except it. Looked me up and down and said it was probably expired anyway.
