This McDonald's has improved 110%. Especially Night Shift the guy that works there is always on top of it!! super nice very friendly. The woman manager morning shift I think she's always super nice and on top of it couldn't ask for anything more!!!!!! Thank you guys
Ordered via the app and waited in the mobile order stall. It was relatively quick but they forgot one of the drinks on the order. When they brought it out they forgot to bring a straw with it. So for one order they came out 3 times. Cheeseburger was dry, so the meat had been sitting out for a while.
Just want to commend your restaurant for the professional and compassionate manner that too care of our party on June 5th 2022. Our party of 27 special needs athletes on the way to Kansas State Special Olympics came in for breakfast and your staff was awesome. They were fast compassionate and above

got a big mac with fries, 4 nuggets, and a chocolate shake. All the food tasted horrible the shake wasn't even mixed had to do it at home. The worst part is that I bit into a nugget and found a bone. Absolutely revolting and unbelievable that my experience here was that awful.
I stood in the lobby for 10mins before my present was even acknowledged by the supervisor on duty. And he only asked me what I needed after he help the next customer that came in after me... Not a good look.😞
Went to pick up an order and ended up going back through the line about three times. Then they outright refused service because I was a little upset. Do not recommend this location for anyone wanting to wait less than half an hour.
