Review Little Caesars - Wichita

I ordered sausage beatest. There wasn't even enough sausage for a regular sausage. The crust was over cooked. And they won't answer the phone. Location closest to Me is online only now. So this order was cold by the time I got home. I had used the online order once and after that complete disaster I refuse now. I expect a going out of business soon.

Walked in at 11:20 on a Wednesday afternoon for two hot and ready pepperonis. I was told the wait would be about 5 minutes while another pizza was cooked. One of my pizzas sat on the counter for 20 minutes while the other was made fresh. Not in the warmer…. At no point during the 25 minutes I was inside this store were the food warmers used. I don’t mind my food being made fresh….. but don’t let my other pizza get cold. If it wasn’t for the fact that 3 other families were waiting behind me, I would have rejected the first pizza.

Ok. So iv never really fan of this place... but I did a mobile order. We got the batman pizza and a thin crust and crazy bread. The pizza really did look like the pics and iv never seen so much sausage or pepperoni on a pizza and the Italian sausage and pepperoni were actually really good. And I usually can't stand sausage on pizza. Everything was fresh. They're were no issues at all. I was surprisingly extremely glad we chose here. So def worth it and way better than we even get from dominoes and literally half the price!!

Cheese is about 2-3 inches from the edge. If they want to make sloppy food, they should go work a fast food burger place. Plus, They served the guy who came after me who ordered the same thing i did, b4 me.

I love the new service where you type your code into the machine and opens to your pizza. They don't give out any condiments like hot peppers or cheese or their famous spice packets anymore. Oh the parking at this location is horrendous, one parking space, at dinner time good luck.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, especially from places you enjoy. I called while on my way to buy some pizzas from little Caesars and nobody answered, i still stayed on the line as i walked in two people were walking out, i immediately asked the young man that I'm calling them still, and he responds,,"we're busy"so I look around and said really where? So he said i was being rude, i just responded Jesus Christ save them, no adequate customer behavior and very poor customer service, sometimes it seems these youngsters are forced to work by there parents but doesn't teach them about being a humble person and proper respect in the work field, I'm sorry but this has really taught me about our young generation of the future

Tried to call in order at 7:15 PM but kept getting hung up on before anyone talked. When someone did answer they said hold on for a second and hung up. I get it is cheap pizza but I'd rather pay more for better service.

My last experience was a few days ago, this little ceasers is the worst on in town. Every order I have placed is a long wait. I always use the mobile app so it'll save time but it's never accurate. This last time I went there was the last straw. I get there and there's almost a dozen customers waiting. I ask about my order and they said they were just waiting on the pizza n sticks. The employee at the counter was very over whelmed and no one came to help him. Eventually the customers waiting started to get impatient. Started to ask about their order and the employee at the started to get emotional. We could hear the employees in the back threatening to walk out. All of the people in front of me were taken care of. I asked about my order and they "couldn't find it". They made fresh for me and apologized, I walked out with my food knowing I'll never go back. Do all you can to avoid this location, my order was placed at 7:40pm via the app and walked out at 9:15ish with my food.
