It took them forever to make my sandwich and I was the only one in line. The sandwich was soggy and gross. Their sweet tea tasted gross. It looked like they never cleaned the machine. The staff were extremely unbelievably rude. Not to mention the fact that subway is charging $16 a sandwich which used to cost $5. They pay their staff $12 an hour. This is disgusting. In a nation where people are starving they decide to more than double their prices. Your cashier said as I was walking out the door: "That's why you should look at the price before you buy" Besides the fact that the prices aren't listed anywhere, what she said was still incredibly rude and unprofessional. She is who you choose to represent your company? I don't have to look at the price before I buy something. I am allowed to express my opinion on the product and the price. She is supposed to smile and keep her mouth shut. It is shocking that she still has a job. I could barely eat the sandwich because it was disgusting and soggy. Do not go here. Overpriced, poor quality, terrible service!

I used to love coming to this location till about more than a month ago, the old manger left and she was the one who totally cared about the restaurant.
Now you can completely tell somebody different is in charge. In short words, the new manger, does not care.

I never went inside subway and had anybody say even hello to me or even welcome when I say thank you!! No customer service.. All I get is a look like I’ve done something to the person working there and I don’t even have a clue what have I done to be treated this way. No good hospitality and their employees always got attitude like I’ve done something wrong by ordering. All I did is ordered online!!! So I didn’t do anything wrong to be treated this way all I do is say hello when I come in grab my order and leave I don’t say anything or ask for anything at all I only grab my order. and you’ll find subway employee staring at me with attitude. Subways employees always like that. Other than my sandwich was like barley got anything in it like half empty.

Was becoming Hungry towards the end of my shift. Decided to treat myself to Subway. I arrive to this location closest location to my place of employment and the worse of the worse customer service served by 481 at 8:48 PM tonight. Wanted to argue with me about the new “Cali Fresh” which offers Turkey or Steak. I ordered the Cali Fresh on Italian herb and cheese and continued to tell me they don’t have Italian herb and cheese Cali fresh. The attitude that this Uncleanliness man provided to me was disgusting. Cherry on top of the cake he was unfamiliar with the menu, making it a harder time seemed to be he was doing it on purpose. Never again will come to this poor managed location!

The girls behind the counter were very busy with all the customers and people waiting on online orders. They were very professional and took care of us in a timely manner and always had a smile on thereface andcheer in there voices.
