Very rude employees and disrespectful. calling me rude while im just adding the stuff they forgot to add when I ordered and they point their fingers at me from the inside behind the window while I’m looking at them other than I didn’t get my drink that I paid for. I didn’t wanna go back and get it because as much as they are not respectful they would spit in my drink. The only polite one is the guy who works there. My order is wrong I ordered the double roast beef sandwich meal and I add a double roast beef sandwich of course that’s not what I got. So they took my money for wrong order that’s way cheaper than what I ordered so I paid more money and they give less value meals. The girl inside who’s taking orders needs to be fired. Even when I was ordering she was very rude. Seems like she got anger issues. She is very disrespectful, and out of character.

The roast beef and cheddar is good at the one at 47th and Broadway. I don't seem to gave an issue with my gluten allergy there. However I tried the one at Harry and hillside the other day and had to keep getting my order fixed because they kept messing it up. I wish they would bring back the potato cakes.

Friendly, fast service and hot, fresh, made to order food. My roommate and I go to Arby's about 2 times every week. We usually just order whatever they have on the 2 for $6 deal.

Very slow through the drive thru rude and very unhelpful hated it! They had to ask manager how many ice waters we could have even though I was purchasing food mind you it's 100 degrees outside!

That was horrible. Took forever and I was the only customer. Then didn’t get what I asked for and was afraid to eat it. Never seen Auju that was a gravy with clumps in it. Pretty pathetic really. Should probably just close down when no one cares anymore. Could only imagine how sick I might of got if I had to fight off whatever was growing in that auju.

I workout at vasa and like to splurge after with a beef and cheddar. Yalls closers on April 26th refused to answer the mic 20 minutes before close (10:10). So thanks for leaving me hungry. 😂🤬

Fish sandwich was terrible, it's was old like it had been sitting, it was cold and terrible never had a problem with them before didn't check the bag until I got home called to complain and the manger was rude and unapologetic
