This is WORST Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever seen. Do not ever order delivery from this store unless you are okay waiting for 2hours even if you pre order for a certain time. The time management for this location is awful. This has happened to me twice. If you also call, they will not it answer and if they do, they will answer and immediately hang up. Terrible customer service. The other Rock Road location however is lovely and worth the order!

I just had to try your new Zesty Turkey Club in lettuce wrap (no bread), AMAZING! I did add a side of hot peppers which made it even better! Love my new sandwich.

I made an online order for asap and pickup. No one called, texted or emailed me when it was ready. It was just sitting on the shelf for who knows how long. I finally called after 20 min and the guy who answered said, "Yea it's ready." I walked in and the front guys were coughing without covering their faces. This was a terrible experience. I'm never coming back or ordering from Jimmy John's.

Worst service EVER!! 3RD TIME! Either the person on the phone doesn't take down your order properly, or they put you on hold just to hang up on you, or even worst, you have to call back to see why you were hung up on and who you spoke too and Noone has an answer for you. And of course, their delivery service is conveniently shut down, at the oddest times.
Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!! Be Aware!!!

The menu list out all the ingredients of each sandwich, but not all of them. Ordered a number 9 and it doesn't say on the board mayo and tomato. If youre going to list the ingredients, list them all.
As if that wasn't enough of a surprise, the employees are required to wear mask. I saw multiple employees adjust their mask and immediately continue making food over and over. This is a disgusting staphylococcus food safety risk. Just let them breath normally they will transmit far less pathogens not adjusting mask.

Good sandwich place clean and food is fresh. Food quality varies depending on who is making it. Last visit was pretty sloppy. Will go back

I visited this location last night and waited at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes without hearing a peep from inside. No out-of-order sign or indication that the store was closed. Drove up to the window and waited there for a few more minutes hoping to be able to order, but the staff either didn’t notice me somehow or chose to ignore me. I still would have ordered some food but I gave up and left when one of the guys working inside pulled his mask down. This is at least the third time I’ve gone through the drive-thru at this location without buying anything because I saw employees inside not masking, and I doubt I’ll waste my time coming here again. After nearly a year of this pandemic there’s no excuse. Management needs to know they’re losing customers over this.

This was truly a bad bad experience. I ordered online at the wrong location. I know that was none of JJ fault, but after driving 20min out of my way to pick up my order. Get to the location and my food is not ready. What? 20min!!!! Really?!?! Keep in mind this is my first experience. My food finally came out after a short wait. Driving all the way home starving open my dang bag and I have no idea what is in there. I had a hard loaf of bread with tomato and lettuce????? I guess it's their version of a BLT not even the bread I ordered. The other sandwich ordered was in the same condition. If your only job is to make a sandwich......then getting the order correct should not be difficult. For this place it could not get it correct if it meant saving themselves from a fire. Sad to say not going to try this again. Too many other places that can get it correct, just spend my money there.
