Most of the Wendy's they make the best food and top notch service. A small percent of the Wendy's shouldn't be open. The one on Central and West in Wichita falls in to this category. The manager is rude and refuses to give you good service. I'm sure his attitude reflex this in his employes. Place needs a good cleaning and an attitude adjustment. Upper management needs to look in to this place hard.

Food was hot and fresh. The junior bacon cheeseburger is delicious.The drive thru line moved quickly. Good food at cheap prices, what's not to love?

Hadn't eaten at this Wendy's since it was remodeled. We stopped in this morning for breakfast and had a very nice experience. The young lady at the counter was very nice and welcomed us as we came to the counter. Lots of pleases and thank yous, which can be rare these days. Food was fresh and good (hadn't tried Wendy's breakfast before) and they handled my wife's special request really well.

Hit or miss if food will be warm or not. Always seems to take forever to get through the drive thru line.
I have yet to receive hot and crispy fries, they are always cold and floppy.

The biggest problem with the Wendy's, on east Harry, is the long waiting time. I mean even when they're not that busy, it takes them a long time to get customers serviced....

Wendy's used to have really good burgers, the meat is not the same and I've noticed this at other locations.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s location ever. They can never get the order right. We were asked to pull forward for 3 min to wait on chicken nuggets. After 10 minutes I had to go inside to retrieve my order. Of course our fries sat in the bag for the entire 10 min and were completely soggy when we got home. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup only which I asked the guy to confirm at the window and wouldn’t you know it when we got home it had everything on it. Not to mention it was cold because it sat in the bag for 10 minutes waiting on nuggets. This location is directly next to a Chic Fila. I am surprised the Wendy’s is still open honestly. Couldn’t get much worse in my opinion.
