Gross. Honestly, I’m not picky, I like food hot and to have some flavor. This was bad. I went in, ordered, and sat and waited. I got the sweet n sour combo with fried rice and crab rangoon. Got home 3 min after getting Order in hand, and rice is just plain rice, with yellow color, assuming is MSG. No onion, egg, vegetables. FLAVORLESS, BARELY WARM, YELLOW COLORED STEAMED RICE. The sweet n sour sauce is not my favorite, but pretty typical I guess, and the chicken fried in the thick greasy flavorless pancake batter, where there is more batter than meat, again very very greasy and chicken inside was very dry/hard.

The food is good. However I feel that their sweet and sour sauce needs a little work. The food can sometimes be a little too greasy for my taste but my husband loves it.

Food is great they always make it how we like. If you like New York style Chinese food this is the place for sure!!

After ordering the sesame chicken lunch special got something different. i wasnt going to waste so I tried eating it. It was General chicken th rice tased old and soggy, i could chew through the chicken it was stringy. I had to throw it out I could eat it.

I work very close to this establishment and frequent this location quite a bit for my lunch period. Today, I mistakenly ordered shrimp instead of chicken wings from the website. I was fine with this mistake as it was my own; but upon opening my bag, and lifting up the garlic sauce I requested, it poured out of the bottom of the container it melted through all over the bag and myself BURNING MY HAND. Not to mention, it also melted through the container underneath it. I called to report the incident and to my amazement, no empathy was shown all the woman said was "What do you want me to do???". After this, I STILL attempted to eat the food as I had no time to reorder because my lunch is only 30 minutes. To find the shrimp was mushy in the middle, and the rice was mushy as well was just ridiculous. This is unacceptable on any level. No matter how much I pay, I expect quality food AND customer service. I will no longer be referring my friends to eat here. There are too many other options for great Chinese food, who also treat their customers decently. I will also be posting the photos as well as my opinion on this establishment on every social media site available, as well as yelp and trip advisor.

They will deliver at the last minute. Tasty food.
