Review Taco Bell - Wichita

I hope I’m writing about the correct Taco Bell the one on 21st and amidon. Today is the second time I have went through the drive thru and they were out of BEEF. The first time was around 11pm and I understood it was late. But today it was only 8pm and they were out of BEEF. They stay open til 1 am. I couldn’t understand how this happens when most of their menu items are made with beef. I never leave reviews but I have to leave this one. I think because I’m just shocked they ran out of their primary menu item. Knowing they are open for several more hours why not make more?

They literally saw me standing at the counter waiting to order and multiple times ignored me. I am here rn sat may 28 2022 at 517pm and it was a female standing over by the drive thru window with another dude who was working the window. She walked towards me and began to ignore me AGAIN I had to say something. I am not aggressive and I won't say anything unless I have too. But I came here craving food while waiting on the last bus if the day. DO BETTER AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR COUNTER!!!! The pandemic is over people come in hungry.

I can always find something yummy at Taco Bell but this time I discovered a new item and OH MY! it is my new favorite ! It's called a chipotle chicken wrap ( or something close to that ). Whatever the sauce is on it makes it amazing...

This Taco Bell never has its inside open. Tbh wichita is full of lazy fast food workers. Maybe they should lower there pay back down. Definitely don't deserve to be making $13 or above...

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️ These employees are extremely rude and unprofessional they talk to you as if it’s your fault they don’t have any supplies. Save your stomachs, you will get very sick and it’s not worth it. It’s time to put nasty a** Taco Bell out of service. They do not require good food handling procedures or even provide the necessary resources to maintain good food handling procedures.

Food was very small. Tacos were only ⅓full. 5 layer burrito was mostly tortilla and little filling. Wheb I asked why there were so little toppings. I was told "I have to watch my food costs So I can feed my employees " Excuse me what?? For the price I paid, I expect to get more. Will not be back to this store.

Taco Bell is our go-to fast food joint. This particular trip was disappointing, due to the fact that they forgot half our kid's food even after being asked if it was in the bag, twice.

I just had the best black bean crunchwrap that I have had at any Taco Bell. It was very full of black beans and I appreciate the fact that they were not skimpy with me like every other I've had so far. Great work, really, great work. Also I do door dash and I have had best wait times at their late night drive through very quick sometime. But I gave it four stars because I have also had some of the longest wait times for late night drive through doordash pickups. I have had more good experiences than bad how ever. I would like to give a shout out to the girl who works the window late nights on a regular basis who always ask how I'm doing in a way that sounds super sincere. It always makes me happy when I hear you through the intercom because you have such a great attitude and always stay so calm and chill. You're great and I love you and also I love the guy who made my crunchwrap. PS I voice typed this while eating a crunchwrap so please excuse any errors that is all thank you.
