Review Wendy's - Wichita

Besides paying over 12 bucks for a chicken sandwich and a medium fry and water... Quality and taste was on point. Tried the chicken honey sandwich. Customer service around 2pm was not great. They were not friendly at all. You could tell they didnt like their job or dealing with customers

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! The manager was rude to me, even though I was nice to her. She was upset because they were understaffed. Even though I was unable to go through the drive thru she was mad that I came inside to order. However, she was taking the order of the people in front of me. They were the ones who let me in because the doors were locked during business hours. The door says, "These Doors Are To Remain Unlocked During Business Hours ". Needless to say, I spent my hard earned money at a different eating establishment.

I normally never leave reviews on fast food places, nor do I like to be a “Karen” but everytime I visit this Wendy’s on Seneca st in Wichita Kansas, my fries are gummy and cold and I’m lucky if I ever get them “hot and crispy” as advertised. I used to work for Wendy’s in Scott city Kansas and my manager was always adamant about not keeping fries past holding time. You’d think they would care about the quality of food they’re sending out to customers. I don’t want to eat cold soggy fries. I had to go back and have them remade but they tasted like they were just the same batch thrown into the fryer for 5 seconds. Also ordered the honey hot chicken sandwich for it to be homestyle chicken instead of the spicy and it was so dry. Every visit that I have at this location, there’s an issue and I never speak up. I just wish they would care about what they’re sending out and I’d rather wait 5mins pulled forward for fresh food. I love Wendy’s it’s my favorite, I just hope this location will work on being better

Rude older lady with multi colored hair at the register. She was rude from the start and when my 60 year old father said have a great day she back mouthed him and mocked him. Uncalled for to treat an older person like that! ***a gentleman wear a purple shirt came out and apologized and actually made our day. He was completely respectful. Wendy’s should value a person like that! Thanks for making a bad situation better bud!

This place is a good establishment corporate has some good employees mainly Rick he is the one of best managers I've had the pleasure of working with for awhile! Yes some of the coworkers are issues as they forget things on occasion but we do try our best even when we are short staffed we have been trying to make sure the lobby is open for business and I miss the Harry street location

They didn't give me the entirety of my order and when I asked for them to please give me the rest of it they simply kept repeating "are you sure did you check" over and over. On top of that they were bad mouthing, and saying how I'm going to end up cussing them out over not getting my order ect.

Went through the drive thru wasn't busy at all but still waited about 10 mins just to get the food had two cars pulled up waiting on their food as well and we were the only three cars there.

Hello as a crew member here I currently don't like the disrespect between these people like I asked questions about something and all I get is sas since the day I've been here can't lie the food is well but my problem here is with are co workers and there additude certain one like I was called monkey for the way I walk I watch the videos and they state to be nice to are co workers and coustomer I don't see that happening here and I'm tired of it I don't recommend here to deal with these staff I only know manager that is nicest however I am going to say that the establishments doors are generally closed because the understaff at sometimes and that we only have one person that know how to do register for some reason or at least that was I was told

Wendy's, where's the beef? Just went thru and ordered some 4/$4 meals and my brother asked what kind of burger I got him I said the jr bacon cheeseburger... He said what's on... This doesn't have meat... He opens up the "burger" and it has lettuce tomato and bacon..No beef patty... The lady was really rushy when taking my order which I get, but nowhere on my receipt did it say I didn't want the patty. Oops.

Haven't been to this Wendys in a while, don't think I will return. The burger was soggy completely through the bun with grease. The fries were cold. Even the veggies didn't taste right. Of coarse my wife loved her frosty so you had that going for you.

One of my favorite Wendy’s in town. It has nothing to do with the Ryan Phillippe in Antitrust lookalike I saw today. *wink*

Pretty impressed by this Wendies!! Our food took quite awhile to come out..not too big of a deal as we weren't really in a hurry....but the manager came out to us and apologized and handed us our money back and thanked us for our business. Very respectable!! Thank you!

I have had it with this Wendy's! Today I waited almost 15min for a 20 piece nugget and then they didn't even give me ALL FRESH NUGGETS! Thanks for making me late to work and for half a batch of yucky nuggets. Food never fresh never ready...oh and never order a baked potato, it was probably cooked 8 hrs ago!
