Drive thru isn’t very useful to order wraps, ordered on app and my sandwiches were missing a specific ingredient (guacamole as it was to be the Cali fresh). They seldom get the order right, even if it is on the screen. My biggest complaint is.....THEY LET DOGS IN THE RESTAURANT!!!!! I love dogs. Even have one myself. But I do not eat my own dog's hair, much less some woman's little pekinees. And this was not a service dog. The girl at the window said
Usually love this location. Today at 5pm I’m trying to place my order in the drive thru on the kiosk and a lady on the speaker says they’re only taking mobile orders. It’s 5pm on a Saturday and they aren’t taking anything but mobile orders? Insanity.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Today, March 1st I had went around 7pm to the Subway at 21st and Amidon, it wasn’t busy at all my friend and I were the only ones there, there was two employees both girls, they had no customer service at all, they had a bad attitude and they said they were out of items so we h
Just left there. Ordered a wrap and cookies. Screen said $10.99. Kid told me it was $16.57. Got home and receipt said $10.99. Tried to call and they hung up on me.
Tried to order at 8:30 pm but said no more orders taken online so went to the store and the door was locked. The worker just looked at me thru the glass so I left.
I always end up having some sort of issue here. Either they can't accept credit/debit, or they don't have sweet tea except in bottles, or their touch screen menu isn't working or they double charge something when they take my order, or something. I'd say just double check everything and keep in mind
Food was fresh and made just the way I like it 👌
