It was our first time ever at a chuck e cheese. We went for my daughter's 5th bday we traveled 2.5hrs to get there and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was all kid friendly and the employees were so helpful. We were stamped on our way in and had no idea why...but when we left they checked each of our stamps I asked why was that and it turned out to be for security! Every kid had to match the adult! Way to go crew! As a restaurant manager myself I was impressed! My daughter talked about it for days! And the pictures that were printed with some of the games along with our memories will be cherished! God bless

While I won't go into our specific experience since the manager handled our complaints very well I will offer some advice to potential customers. The games experience was fantastic. However, for birthday parties be prepared for things that may not go your way. You may have to host your own table, be aware of food delays/quality changes, the toys provided in the gift package are smaller trinkets. The staff may not be providing enthusiasm so bring your own hype train. Otherwise it was clean, games worked great, and it was good for a basic venue.

We went around 2:00 p.m. it wasn't very crowded! I waited in line for a good 7 to 10 minutes before I was able to get assistance. It appeared to be two lines however one of the lines were for birthdays only. It would have been nice to know which was the correct line, but I didn't see a sign. I ordered a combination with pizza and wings and was shocked to find out there was a 45 minute wait on wings. They gave me a buzzer but the buzzer did not vibrate when my food was ready I don't know how long it was up there but it wasn't the fresh when I went to look. I was happy to see staff sanitizing the machines. My kids had a great time and that is definitely what matters for me.

We have been here a couple of times, and overall I'm impressed. It's pretty clean, the staff is kind, and about 95% of the games work.
Buying gameplay by the minute feels like you get more for your money, and you can learn skill games better with more tries.
I think the pizza is pretty dang good, comparable with most major pizza chains. It's fun to see arcades hanging in there and providing somewhere with young kids to go, that don't break the bank.

Not bad, opted for french fries (2.99) and 16 min late this is what I received. Not bad when your starving. Had to add salt and pepper for better flavor

Not as clean and doesn’t function as I remember. It was okay. The food was a bit pricey but good when hot. The kid turned 3 years old and she had fun. It was not crowded which was good. The service was good. I’m giving it two stars due to the antiquated Chucky, band mates, and tv. The area where they were dark and creeping out the babies.

Kids always have a blast here but this on this trip the machines had definitely started showing some wear. Hope they are able to stay on top of it before it seems like everything is out of order

Didn’t mind the wait for our pizza, but for the price, it should have been WAY better than cardboard!
The salad bar was just about empty of everything. Not to mention, food spilled all over it. Probably should have someone in charge of that.
5 games we played were broken.
And what’s up with not playing the stage characters? Are they broken also????

Most of the games were not giving tickets and a few were broken. The employees were usually nowhere to be found other than the woman at the door, whom was the only employee who actually had an upbeat attitude there. I wish I could have caught her name because she deserves a raise. Older lady with glasses. She was having to run around and do multiple jobs while the others were not around. The women’s bathroom was pretty nasty. Something that looked like poop was smeared on the trash bin in the stall! Also one of the soda machines was out of ice, the bathroom not cleaned, and most of the machines were out of tickets or just broken. All these things should be ready before opening. Literally got there maybe 15 minuets after opening so no excuses.

The kids had fun, which is what's important. But I when I went to the counter to get some plates for or pizza, the manger was adamant that I tell him wether the cashier asked how many plates we needed when I ordered the pizza, saying that she wasn't doing her job if she didn't. Like he was going to go chew her out or something. Look, Lumberg, I wasn't mad about it. I just wanted some plates. Oh, and BTW, you were the one who brought the pizza out to the table. WhY didn't YOU notice we didn't have any plates?

Pizza is good and fair priced. Kids can have a blast but....far too many games are broken down and staff needs to watch for the adult thugs who literally push young children who are in line for a game to the side so they can play. Need floor staff to be advocates for the children!!!!

Cashier was very understanding with our situation. All 4 girls, from age 16 to 3, had a wonderful time. Pizza is pretty much what it always has been. But great staff!

Party food poor & very expensive ! Crowded, rude customers & kids running wild & mostly unsupervised as best I could see. Very hard to enjoy your own kids & party with how jammed together they were with all the other parties. Cost was definately not worth the dissatisfaction overall.

Your salad bar is awesome! I wish your pizza dough didn't have dairy in it though, so I could actually eat pizza with everyone else. Other than that, my little sister has a blast every time we go for her birthday.
