Review Fazoli's - Wichita

Fazoli's is a great place for your Italian food greats! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our meal was quickly brought out and was told that the plate was hot for our safety. It was a delish meal!!😍👍

If you like olive garden you will love Fazoli's. The bread sticks are to die for. I had the baked lasagna and my wife had the chicken fettuccine. It satisfied my craving for carbs. I even had the fettuccine for lunch the next day. Will be going back for some more.

Our first visit and it was a great one! Our meals could have been a little warmer as our food was lukewarm. We enjoyed the breadsticks. I also appreciated the Mr. Pibb — such a hard soda to find in restaurants nowadays! Great staff.

Laura is kinda rude, could not hear them on the speaker and they acted like it was my issue not theirs! Had I not had a gift card and another persons order and already on this side of town I would of went out east! If you don't like your job find a new one! Don't be rude to customers! The manager seemed like it was my issue they sounded miles away as well! If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm actually offended by the level of service

Everything from the pizza to the lemonade was nasty. The breadsticks were super salty. The spaghetti and Alfredo was just nasty. Spent $30 to not even take two bites out of anything.

Love the store! The staff was friendly and the prices here are good for the level of quality of food that you get. Unfortunately, I'm leaving fewer stars because it seemed like the staff was very unhappy with our group coming in...or maybe just in general. We got our order in and our food in a decent time, but when we asked about breadsticks they didn't seem like they were able or wanting to give us some. We ordered over 10 entrees and multiple kids plates and in the time we were there at the restaurant they only brought one plate of breadsticks. This did force us to go to the bar and asked about them and being told that they were on their way we waited and waited and waited... We ended up having to go back to the bar and pick up some plates of breadsticks ourselves because no one ever brought them to the table. There were also were two parties of people and one party never even received their breadsticks for their orders at all. I hate complaining about things like this because I know they're complimentary... But it says a lot about a shop when they go out of their way to help customers and do the little things like bring them a plate of breadsticks without making it seem like it's a burden or a chore. I appreciate the atmosphere of the shop and the large area for seating of small and large groups. Thank you so much!

I love their breadsticks BUT we went to fazolis drive thru yesterday and through the window watched the kid making the pasta reach in and grab a handful of pasta with no glove on, wipe his hand on his jeans, and then continue using his gloveless hand to touch food 🤢

Not looking for a completely authentic Italian experience but want to carb load on something seriously delicious this place will do the trick. The food is really good especially for the value. Average price is about 7$ and you will leave full and satisfied due to the generous portions they divy out. Highlight of the meal was the bread sticks which would make even olive garden bow down. Cheesecake was bursting with notes of cinnamon and vanilla I was shocked. For a fast food joint this place delivered at each and every turn

I love the food. The person who gave me my food at the window was very rude. Handed me the food made a face and closed the window. Did not say "thank you" or "have a good evening ". This type of customer service is for the birds. Makes you not want to go back.

Kristopher, the gentleman who took our order was very polite and professional. The food, as always, was exceptional. The bread sticks are mouth watering!

I had a great first experience with Fazolis! I ordered the Ultimate Fettuccine meal with the gnocci soup. The food was very fresh and tasty, my order was ready quickly, and the General Manager was quite friendly and patient with me when he took my order. The only downside was that the lobby needed some cleaning, especially wiping down tables with cleaner and keeping the trash bin area clean. Will still come back for lunch again sometime, your customer service is great.

Food was great, had to ask for breadsticks, the guy who took our order definitely did not want to be there!!! No customer service at all.!!!! The young man who did bring our order out was very friendly and polite!! But I believe we will stick to the east side one.....20000% better service!!!!!

Always friendly. Kept the bread sticks flowing, even with it being a very busy Sunday lunch time.

Just got home, didn't have my complete order. Absolutely refuse to drive back across town to get it.

Always love the food. And the West Wichita has an under-appreciated treasure named Dart. He gets to every table several times, spreading enthusiasm, joy, and more breadsticks. He makes customer service at so many other places seem like scraping gum off your shoe. Look for Dart. I have told corporate in my survey, also. This one is a keeper and should train others in customer service.
