my fiancé and I have been to and enjoy Freezing Moos ice cream but we came in today on a Monday afternoon, and we waited OVER 40 minutes for our ice cream because the company only has 1 employee working while doing it all!! We weren’t upset at the employee as it is not her fault but my advice to the company is.. please try to staff your employees correctly especially with the weather becoming a lot nicer out regardless of what day of the week it is. GREAT JOB to your 1 employee for keeping her self together through that hectic hour!!

The taste was really good. But we really upset because of the attitude of the staff at that night. We came with the whole family including three kids. And they really want to see how the ice cream made so that I brought them close to place the staff making icecream, they're really excited then one of the staff asked me if it's my order turn, I said not yet but I want my kids to see the icecream making process and she said we are not allowed to come close to see, I have to take my kids away with the very rude attitude like she wanted to command me. I was shocked and really upset, how could she talk to customers that way? And there are no lines there, I didn't take place of anybody else, why couldn't I just stay and let my kids have some joy by watching making icecream? I didn't see any warnings that says you have to stay away until you've got called. I may have not upset if the staff explained to me with a nicer attitude. She's so rude by raising her voice and look at me with the unfriendly eyes. She is the asian girl with glasses. She broke the mood of the family reunion that night.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean. And the treats were perfection. Highly recommended.

I cannot believe that I have to do this again. It is Bryon G from door dash. This is not my first time I have experienced issues with this establishment. I used Door Dash today for some ice cream. It is not James fault. But I asked for three toppings. It is a really simple task to add THREE toppings. Instead I did not receive the toppings I wanted. They added WHIPPED CREAM (which I did not want). How does that even happen. I don’t know what’s wrong with these workers. I honestly think that they defy the law of intelligence. Save your money and time and go else where.

i come to freezing moo pretty often with friends and i usually enjoy the ice cream. the environment is quite nice and it’s pretty cool that you’re able to put pictures on the wall! besides the ice cream and the aesthetic of the building, staff has room for improvement. i’ve been reviewing places for the past hour and after reading some of the other reviews i’d like to share my thoughts: i came in recently? maybe a month or so ago and it was super crowded. that’s perfectly fine and it’s definitely not the staffs fault. however, i was met with rude staff and i can tell by some of these recent reviews that i’m definitely not the only one who feels this way. while some of the recent reviews were pretty outlandish and over dramatic, the staff does yell at kids and has a pretty bad attitude towards customers that come in when the place is busy. you can tell a younger kid to speak up without an attitude it’s literally not that hard. people that stood by the plexiglass to watch ice cream we’re also met with attitude (i definitely understand why it could be a problem that they are taking up space by the ice cream) but there aren’t any signs that tell you not to stand there so they’re not really at fault. the company always replies saying that it’s loud and staff needs to yell, but it’s possible to yell without being rude is it not? another time i came in me and a couple friends waited at the register for a good 5 minutes while staff was in the back chatting and left the door to the back wide open so everyone could see them. it wasn’t crowded at all so not really sure why they didn’t notice that we were there. not really worth the expensive price for the service/food unless someone else is paying for you 😭

Great experience and excellent ice cream! So fun watching the making process and so tasty that it's finger licking good! Would 100% recommend to anyone and will come back

if i could give it 0 starts i would 🤬. i came in with my two friends and we tried to put out pictures on the wall butt couldn’t figure out how the printer worked and the instructions were unclear. i think they need to be as clear as a crystal if you want good service. we good pics they were cute and we really wanted them on the wall. we also to tag our insta on there to make them get more followers. the ice cream was mid but they forgot to put oreo on my ice cream and we’re rude and didn’t spell my name right on cup. my friend got the strawberry nutella and it was syrupy and she wasn’t satisfactory with ice cream. it was messy and melted because we left after the printer didn’t work and decided we’re not going to stay in this building. one of the employees put way too much chocolate sauce inside my friends ice cream and drew a picture on it but it wasn’t draw very good and looked innapropritte but it was supposed to be a butterfly.
