The food was very good, nice flavors and portions. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere is not great. They're really not a "dine-in" establishment. No table service, although there are tables. The floor was dirty, as were a couple of the tables. The seating and interior, in general, are worn and not particularly inviting, nor clean.
I'd recommend them for takeout, not a "sit down" dining experience.

I feel they don't know how to cook good Chinese food. I ordered kung pao chicken and ended up with some crazy vegetable stir fry. There's no recipes to their entrees, just made up as they go. Feel real cooking has gone away in this decade. Chinese food really isn't that hard to make. I'll pay extra just to cook it myself. Please come up with good recipes and teach the cooks how to cook it.

Created this account just to review this place 1 star. They gave me un spicy lo mein instead of spicy like asked. This has happened a couple times before when ordering from them and now I’m finally taking the initiative on making a review because this is not just a one off case that happened but instead happened multiple times. Food is ight tho.

I used to work nearby, so I ate here quite a bit. They're not always the fastest, but the food is definitely worth the wait. Far better than what you'll find at the average Chinese restaurant. And it's made fresh, so you know it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I typically order the General Tso's Chicken, but everything I've had has been good. Fresh ingredients, not too much breading on the chicken. The rice is nothing spectacular, but it doesn't detract from the meal. Good value too. Will definitely keep coming back.

My family gets carryout from here as often as we can. We never get tired of it. It is the best in the city. The service is above and beyond! They always remember our special requests and who likes to order what. The price is comparable with the quality and worth every cent! I hesitated to write a rave review, as I hate when these places get found out and suddenly the wait times become longer as they become more popular. But, I digress, as they deserve acknowledgment for their terrific establishment, and I would gladly wait as long as it takes to get my order. But I'm sure they will always be just as speedy quick, as this place seems to know what it takes to be successful! I wouldn't drive past 7 other Chinese restaurants, 20 minutes one way, if I didn't feel so strongly about them!

The lady has no understanding of language to take orders first of all, very difficult to communicate. Secondly they tried telling me it cost $1 more to have chicken fried rice instead of pork fried rice..... what???? That makes no sense, but there are a thousand other Chinese restaurants to order from so will take my money to another.

The food was hot and fresh. But it's no different than every other "Chinese" restaurant. It's your standard frozen inauthentic fare that you can find in your local grocery store freezer or deli. Not really worth the money because the use way too much broccoli.
