I would have loved to have been able to eat at this restaurant to give it a review, but they decided to close at least 10 minutes early. We got there at 8:50 but the open light was off and they were busy mopping the floor and cleaning the counter I guess closing at 9:00 doesn't really mean nine it means at least 10 minutes before 9:00. I will admit that I was later than I wanted to be, but closing at 9:00 doesn't mean going home at 9:00. Never had this kind of experience at the Firehouse Subs on east Kellogg. Giving this 4 stars because the service was phenomenal but these poor workers are working in the worst conditions. I walked in and it is a sauna! I was sweating immediately when I walked in. The poor workers feel unappreciated and no one is fixing their AC. DO BETTER FIREHOUSE!!!! Take care of your employees. Get someone out here before you have no employees!

Had to wait for order. All the while people are standing around talking and employees were vaping just off the line in the store. Don’t think that’s too healthy to be doing right around the food your serving. All seemed to be pretty stoned too.

Love the Smoke House Cheddar a d Brisket sandwich. We have found this chain to be consistent throughout the areas we travel. Always fresh. Staff is always courteous. Locations are always clean, including the restrooms. I enjoy this chain and recommend it to anyone who likes sandwiches, especially sub sandwiches.

Ordered a salad and it wasn't great. They forgot the cheese, gave me 4 pieces of olive, and needed way more lettuce.

The food is good, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Wonderful experience ordering for a large group on a holiday, which we did kind of last minute for pick up. They were so kind and professional, never making us feel like a burden. Everyone enjoyed the food. I highly recommend!

Went in today for a late lunch. Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch subs, a club and an italian sub. Cook completely forgot the bacon on three sandwiches. Then brings it out in a sepetate basket with bacon in it. Dropped half my sandwich on the floor adding bacon to a sandwich that should have came with it. Wasn't even that busy? Last time they completely forgot a sub on our order. Never going back to any of the stores. Can't even get a sandwich right. No Thanks! You can have it.

Good sandwich. However I took my mother here over the weekend and she ordered a salad bc she can't have the bread. Really really disappointed with the salad, especially since it cost more than the sandwich. Firehouse you can do better. It looked nothing like the picture. We had to search and search for the added veggies on the salad. Such a let down.

Had 3 sandwiches ordered. Fast and efficient. As we sat down to eat, there were nats flying around our table!! I had to keep swatting them away. I don't know why?, it was very clean and a staff member was cleaning and mopping the floor. They had no straws and only napkins left were at each table. I know the holidays change there ordering schedule but they should have been better prepared.

food was good but our 6yr old grand daughter received nothing. we have been then several times
was fine, we like the food and service. we have been back 3 or 4 times. no hat was given to our 6yr old granddaughter however maybe girls are excluded. they did let her have a chocolate milk instead of the regular drink choice, that was nice
