Knolla's is a great local pizza place in Wichita.
They have some great options for specialty pizzas (I like the ICT and the Buffalo Chicken). They have a variety of size options and even sell by slice (depending on type of pizza) and have plenty of other menu options. I also reccomend the cheesy bread and dessert pizza, but they have sandwiches, salads, and more too.
Prices are a little higher than the chains but it supports their family owned business and helps you get fresh, quality pizza. And they are usually generous with toppings, so you'll get your money's worth.
I was excited to see that they opened a downtown location, but I live out West now so W Central is usually my go-to location for carry out. Not a fan of that parking lot though -- but that's a story for another day and isn't their fault at all.

As a Wichita native, this is my go to pizza place: tied only with Ziggys. Everywhere else is either gimmicky (big slices or quirky ingredients at the cost of taste and quality) or a national chain.
Even then, Knollas has the best Chicago deep dish in Wichita- not that there's much competition, but its still pretty groovy!
Don't over think the toppings for your first time here, just get a chicago medium pie with your favorite singular topping, and let the cheese, sauce, and dough do the talking.

This was the worst pizza I ever had I think domino's is better and domino's is the worst pizza I've ever had We come from New York and this is not acceptableThey use a rotating ovenGood pizza can't come out a rotating oven or New York slicesBut the people were nice and friendly but the pizza was lousy

Arrived close to dining room closing time and the staff were so sweet to let us stay, catch our breath and have a hot, yummy meal. Thank you Knolla's for always having the best slice and salad. You are the best! ~Andi

They will serve you furry pizza and when you ask for your money back they only offer you more furry pizza! Ordered the Mario and the Coney Island, received a supreme, also received a Coney Island that was covered in hair on the bottom! WOW Called immediately but had to leave a message because they were closed. Went to the store the next day and they offered me more pizzas or coupons! Unbelievable! Why would I want more food from the same place that fed me and my family fur. Receipt in hand and I even offered to bring the pizzas back to show them, they refused to give me a refund!
