Employees at this store seems to not be all there and confused. We ordered a couple of burgers and got the order wrong. The guy pretended that he asked to get it remade and handed us the exact same wrong order. It took 2 employees and a manager to get the order correct with the manager also seemed like she's not all there.

I was there at 4:10 am this morning and no one was manning the drive through system. I wanted a few minutes and pulled around to the 2nd window. The employee was hiding to the left of the window. After he made eye contact him and another employee refused to acknowledge me and just continued playing with his shirt and ignoring me. There were also 2 cars behind me at this time they wouldn't serve.

The coworkers needs to start looking at the receipt and double checking the food bags before giving them out to the people that ordered food! I order food from here today and I didn’t get everything that was supposed to be in my bag! This has happened to me more then once at this McDonald’s and other McDonald’s fast food!

Advertises 24/7 but is always closed 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. no one tells you until you try to order during that time and then they explain they are 24 hours except for 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I tried to explain the math and they did not understand. I now understand why they work at McDonald's.

So my family went through the drive through about midnight last night and we had Malik (I think that's how you spell his name) take our order and let me just say he was the funniest and most interactive dude. He had the whole entire car laughing several times while taking the oder. So we get our food and noticed they missed a few things but it was a big order so understandable, and Malik made sure to make it right and threw in a sandwich to make up for it. Literally best drive through ever

Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru because they constantly handled the other lane. Finally went through and got my food. Got home and found half my order was missing. Terrible service and waste of money

30 minutes they make me wait On the table just for tell me we have no more breakfast now cause the menu change. A breakfast that I already Pay 30 minutes ago but all the other costumers get breakfast exept me. Then I hear a latina worker say is My bad and other Things. She maybe Think i don’t Speak spanish but I do. I atach the picture where I Pay just for a 30 minutes wait

We waited in the outside drive thru lane waiting to be answered on the headset, just to be told they were closed because their system is broken. It was 4 AM and there were 3 other cars in line waiting to pay and get there food, one of them being a customer that ordered SECONDS before us in the other lane. Don’t understand how that’s possible nor why we would get lied to. Unhappy with this McDonald’s.
