Review Spangles Restaurant - Wichita

Place was not busy. Very clean. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fast, fresh and, good. Unfortunately, this was my first time here so, can't comment broader on menu items. I did enjoy the food and atmosphere and, I would return if I had one in my home State

Fabulous little diner. Decorated like a 50's type of place. Replica of Marilyn & Elvis to take pics with. Food was actually super fast, we barely got seated and there it came. And it was really good. I got the parmesan fries, 🤩 And ham sandwich. My BFF got the garlic burger! Also, they have alcoholic beverages!!

I had never heard of nor, had I been here before. Now I wish they were in Oklahoma too. Great food. Good prices. Amazing menu selection. Staff was top shelf.

I have eaten food from Spangles various times over the last 20 years. I have been a long time customer. It saddens me to write this review. Here lately, there food has just gone downhill. Their whole claim of being "made fresh" isn't holding up. I order a chicken gyro the last time I went. The chicken was very poor quality. Very fatty, had probably been frozen, but not appropriately thawed. The chicken was just watery. Not juicy. Watery! It was extremely unappetizing. Everything was just kind of unceremoniously thrown on. The pita bread is pretty thin compared to what it used to be. I was thinking maybe I wasn't giving it a fair shake? No. I finished the whole thing & wished I hadn't. I am not a wasteful person. I didn't throw it away. At this point, I am just done eating Spangles food. Also, if you go check out their nutrition, the food is really unhealthy content wise. Honestly, ever since the chain started offering alcoholic drinks is when the quality went down. I am sure someone will reach out about this review. Let it be known, I don't want any free products for my experience. I want the chain to fix their quality. This isn't an isolated store problem. It is across the board. They used to have much higher standards. I want to be able to have food here again, enjoy it, and write a decent review.

The Neal was a bit pricey compared to other burger meals but I think it was worth it. The burger and fries were freshly made and hot. The wait wasn't too long for it bring the dinner hour took maybe 5 minutes from getting in line to leaving with my food. The customer service could have been better. I wasn't greeter and was told immediately to wait. And when receiving my food they handed me everything and closed the drive thru window. Didn't ask if I needed sauce or anything else. But overall I'd recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat from here.

Hubby's from ks so one of our usual stops. This time we got alcohol from the drive through (only 2 per adult)but they almost never let down. Yup didn't let down yet again they have an Oriental grilled chicken pita was nice, sweet and hot sauce. And never fail to get a pic with Elvis!

Do not ever go to this restaurant again. I was just giving a sandwich that is cold to the touch. The manager said he checked the temperature of the eggs, and said it was fine. So either what they were serving has already been dumped out and replaced, or he is telling a flat out lie. What I received would not have passed any kind of health inspection. And then I got hung up on twice. This is not the first bad experience I have had here. I tried making contact with the main office a couple years ago, and never heard back. The lack of response tells you everything you need to know about their commitment to quality .

I was not impressed! First the girl that took our order was very rude and acted like she hated her job I get it a restaurant isn’t a glamorous job but still you choose to work there. And then With is having a group of five we asked if we could sit in the bigger booths and the guy got mad because he was “mopping” which made no sense because they didn’t close for another two hours and we were like the only ones in there then the girl came over and rudely told us we needed to move to the other booths because of the mopping and she needed to bring our food out which made no sense. The food wasn’t bad but with the way we were treated turned our appetites off all we wanted to do was eat and leave. Just bad customer service all together
